Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

Everything was exactly as described. Will stay again!

The lake house was exactly what we were looking for in a short weekend away. Having a direct view of the lake from the living room and deck was beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine and taking in the sunset. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the town of Greenwood Lake so it was easy to order takeout for dinner (we got pizza from 4 Brothers which we enjoyed) and coffee/breakfast in the morning. We also appreciated the recommendations from Stefan and Tais -- tried Pennings Farm Market for lunch and a flight from the Ciderie up the hill and loved the ambiance. Would also recommend a hike around Sterling Lake.

The home is beautifully maintained, with so many amenities and entertainment options for all ages of the family. The sauna was a perfect treat, especially as the weather got cooler, and the views of the lake are simply stunning. The space is ample, making it ideal for larger groups to relax and enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was fantastic to work with—responsive, accommodating, and so thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back again!

Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

This property was very clean on the inside and displayed exactly as the pictures showed. The security cameras on the outside were a nice touch of safety and much appreciated when staying in the woods. The streets and driveway leading up to the house were narrow and steep and took some getting used to. All around a great experience and look forward to returning!

What an amazing property and vacation experience! Kurk's condo is *exactly* like the photos - and even better to experience it in person. I have fragrance sensitivities and allergies to woodsmoke, and Kurk assured me that great care had been taken to only use natural/mostly unscented products in the property and that woodsmoke from the outside wouldn't leak in. He was absolutely spot-on, and it made my trip that much safer and more enjoyable. Everything was meticulously clean too. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything that I needed to cook and enjoy meals. The (huge!) bed is very comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. Parking in the underground garage is easy and accessible to the elevator as well. The property lobby on the Ground floor even has luggage carts for easy transport. Hands down, the very best AirBnB experience. It truly feels like a home away from home. I will plan to be back - so long as no one else snags my preferred dates first!! Thank you so much, Kurk.

Great location in walking distance to a few restaurants and beach is across the street beautiful views of twin lights from kitchen window, comfy couches and beds, plenty of space to store your clothes, awesome washer and dryer combo. My favorite was the ocean breeze through the kitchen windows when cooking breakfast. Parking a little tight for our large truck but rare to be able to fit an f450 at any AirBnB in sea bright. Sandy hook is free this time of year great place to explore and the highland twin lights are really neat, off the hook restaurant right over the bridge great seafood ! Great stay super cozy , kind hosts, great pineapple theming even down to the cutting board had everything we needed, we’ll be back to visit family again !

Outstanding property! All the comforts of home and more. Very clean!! We will look to go back soon!! Stayed there for our daughter’s wedding at Perona Farms. Sunrise,sunsets & lake view were outstanding! Definitely recommend staying here.
