Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kimitsu

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

Very pleased with our stay and with Yoshi. All 8 of us were very comfortable. Yoshi arranged for 1 bed on 1F so that my mother did not need to use the stairs. Other highlights we took advantage of were the Kotatsu, heated floors, full size refrigerator, hot water dispenser, washing machine, drying room, dishwasher, and stove. 3 toilets and 2 shower areas were a big plus. Location is very nice as it’s in a quiet residential area but close to some large supermarkets, many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again

Best thing abt this place is location! Just 5 min walk from Asakusa Station in Asakusa Line but also can get easily to Ginza line! You can walk to Nakamise Street in 10 min to find all the food stalls and souvenir shops. The room is exactly how it's described. Toiletries, detergent, towels, hangers, slippers were all provided. Qiu was kind and very accommodating to our requests and she is very flexible with regards to check-in/out time. Only 1 thing that could be improved is the instructions to open the main door to the apartment. We took awhile to figure it out but well, that's just a small hiccup. Will definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment in the heart of Azabujuban. While the space was small, it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood, plus convenient supermarkets nearby. The beds were also very comfortable and, despite the central location, we enjoyed how quiet it was at night. Would recommend!

Masakatsu is a GEM. What a great host. He provided us with tons of restaurant advice, was eager to help us in any way. He even took us out on the town!! We felt so welcomed in Funabori thanks to him. The apartment is petite but serviceable. One note: if you are a tourist hoping to spend your time in Shibuya/Shinjuku, Funabori is pretty far away. You’ll feel like you’re in a Tokyo suburb here. We loved having a local experience, from our jogs along the nearby canal to eating delicious ramen around the corner. Loved visiting the onsen (heads up: it’s closed mornings and also on Wednesdays), and having a washing machine. Thanks for everything, Masakatsu!!!

Self check-in is smooth, the room is very clean, the bathroom is separated from the toilet, it is very good, the bed is also soft, and the two single beds are a narrow single bed (a very large person may not lie down two), but it is very suitable for three people to stay.The location of the house is good, the barbecue on the shopping street next to it is also very delicious. It is very close to Togoshi Station and Togoshikoen Station. You can go to many places by subway.The only drawback is that there is no elevator in the building, but climbing on the second floor is fine.Very affordable, very good experience!

Nori-san's accommodation is located in Nakano and thus just outside the very lively neighborhoods. Nevertheless, you are very fast and well on the metro and there are many good restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and as shown in the photos. However, it is also a bit small for 3 people with luggage. Nori-san was very sweet and accommodating. He personally welcomed us and also recommended restaurants.

This is our 3rd stay at Kan’s house. We love the neighbourhood (convenient to the yamanote line and subway, easy to get amenities like groceries, bakery items, take away, pharmacy, etc.). While it’s not far from a major area, the neighbourhood is gorgeous and quiet. Kan is very communicative and helpful. We love the house so much, we actually want to build one like it for ourselves someday. Highly recommended!

His place was large and bet clean. Or was near the station and bus terminal. Also near a great park and many shopping malls and restaurants. it was close to the Sky Tree. We roamed around the neighborhood and had great coffee at elementary school coffee and a wonderful dinner & lunch at Fu Fu Hentan

This is the second time my friends and I have booked Tokuaki's BnB. We love it just as much as the first time back in 2018. Very spacious and clean. Close to many attractions and train station but still very peaceful. Very easy to get to and from Narita Airport using the airport limousine bus at the Metropolitan Hotel. Tokuaki is very responsive and helpful, a great host with a lovely home. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

Anyway, the accommodation is great. It is beautiful, spacious, and the manager is friendly and flexible. I was worried that it would be difficult to sleep because it was a futon, but there was a fan underneath, so it was very easy to sleep and comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay! We enjoyed the pool and barbecue, and we'd love to have the ocean nearby!

It was a trip with a family of four and a small dog, but it was comfortable with the sea, convenience stores, and one-day hot springs just a short walk away. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were also very clean, had everything we needed, and we had a pleasant stay. I'd love to stay again. Thank you!

It's a little far from the station, but 10 minutes?15 minutes? But it was nice to go for a walk. The accommodation was also comfortable!

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!

The room is withing walking distance of a JR Line train station that will easily get you around Toyko. Good place to stay if you want to explore the city

This side of Tokyo is a bit calmer, so there was no noise pollution, which was a nice change of pace. The apartment was bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. Fell in love with the AC and all the convenience stores nearby. Host is quick and understanding!
