Light, bright and cozy three level condo with cathedral ceilings, two bedrooms, and a family room in the lower level with multiple sleeping arrangements. The lower level walk out makes a two minute walk to a beautiful beachfront on Eastman Pond. Close to Sunapee Mountain Ski Resort, and cross-country and snow shoe trails too numerous to list! Cozy condo within walking distance of the slopes and restaurants and shops at Stratton Mountain Village. After a day on the slopes relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the heated pool or maybe enjoy some time in the sauna. Then enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and maybe watch a movie. TV is a smart TV, basic cable is included - personal password needed for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

This was a cozy and comfortable condo stay! The location was great and there was even a walkable restaurant on the property that we enjoyed! The condo was clean and spacious. I really enjoyed the location as well it was just a short drive into town. I would 10/10 recommend this stay, and hope to be back soon!

The Condo Unit: The one bedroom was exactly what I needed. Great wifi and plenty of space. The Complex: Mountain Green is a gem. 10 minute walk to the slopes. Free shuttle. Amazing spa and fitness area- hot tub, steam room, sauna a& heated pool. Plus a very safe area. The Host: Andres was extremely easy to work with and very fast to respond. If anything came up, he was very quick to resolve the issue. What more can you ask?

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo, especially for its flexible layout with bonus rooms and amenities - including a short walk to a clean indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The location is convenient to ski at both parts of Sugarbush Resort (Lincoln Peak, Mt Ellen) and enjoy various restaurants. It was a pleasure to have such a peaceful place to stay. Friends and family visited over the course of our month-plus rental. Everyone was comfortable and delighted. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped, modern kitchen and loved to see the sunrise over the forest out the dining room window and from the back deck. We were only disappointed that the wood fireplace is no longer available to renters because of new insurance regulations. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation getaway!

We loved staying at this property. The location is excellent for access to the village and the lifts. It is also cute to look out over the ice skating pond. It was clean, had all the kitchen amenities you would need to make food, and had fun ski-oriented decorations. It is also close to the hot tub and lounge area within the main building. It had everything we needed to make out ski weekend comfortable and memorable. Can't wait to stay again!

Great place. I’d definitely stay there again. No complaints about the unit or location. —Fun mountain We got lucky with a powder day! If the beginner slope had been open it would’ve been “Ski in -Ski out” but it wasn’t, so we had a hike to get back to the place. —A skier suggested that I duck under the rope, but I wasn’t familiar with the mountain so I wasn’t comfortable doing that. -It should be mentioned since his unit is @ the Top of the slope and you have to hike it with your gear. I was fine, but it might not be ok for everyone. I guess sometimes you have to break the rules!!🤷🏻‍♀️ I’d recommend Tony’s place!

Wonderful condo for a trip to one of our favorite ski resorts. Super easy walk/ski to the mountain. Cozy, comfortable and super clean place to rest after a day on the slopes. Nancy also was very responsive and left us some great local treats to welcome us to the Mad River Valley. Definitely will stay again on a future trip.

The ability to walk a very short distance to the Tamarack Chair, thereby avoiding the crowds at the main lodge area, was really wonderful. And if one wants to go to the village to shop, have dinner, drinks, the village was an easy 5 minute walk. Absolutely loved the location.
