Chicken coops are occupied with pet/egg laying chickens. Barn is empty, future may include goats. This small cottage/cabin, is surrounded by nature. You will possibly encounter the wild animals that call this area home. Nothing big or scary. Enjoy feeling secluded while also being 15/20 minutes from food and shopping. 5 minutes from reservoir.

It is less then a 1/2 mile from Seneca lake and a short drive to the marina and the beach area.
