Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kilimanjaro Region

Lucy was very friendly and she answered quickly to my texts. Accommodation was nice and they cleaned rooms very well every day. They even washed our shoes without asking! They were also flexible with breakfast time.

Emmanuel is a very kind, respectful amazing hostI came to Tanzania mainly to hike Kilimanjaro. I stayed at Emmanuel’s before and after my hike. He allowed me to leave some of my luggage while I was hiking. My room was spacious, clean, I felt like home away from home, too bad I was there for a short time. Everyone that works there is very nice. He even drove me to the airport for my super early flight. Also, there’s a restaurant couple minutes from his place-the food is really good. I highly recommend this Airbnb and if I’m ever back in Moshi I would definitely stay at your place. Thank you so much Emmanuel!!!

During our visit to Tanzania, we traveled the entire length of Zanzibar; spent weeks on the shores of Dar Es Salam (haven of peace) exploring it''s offerings. But then we came to Mama Simba and Upendo's place. This was our haven of peace. Upendo coordinated just the right activities for both our fifty something year old selves and our family in their early to mid twenties. This was more than a place to stay. They helped to shape an experience. We explored caves and learned local history. We trekked down into a valley to stand beneath the largest waterfall in the region. We picked, shelled, roasted and grinded our own coffee right from a farm. And of course there was "Kili". Each morning we would be greeted with the same warm smiles and a different delicious breakfast. When we scheduled to dine-in they prepared wonderful meals. We were also directed to some great local spots for both casual and fine dining. Inside the villa, the garden was peaceful and beautiful. The weather and the layout combined to have us relaxing outside in the common spaces each evening rather than just rushing into our separate rooms. Family members shared how they were able to read, relax, write, meditate and receive inspiration. The showers were hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. What a great escape. What beautiful people. Miriam’s place is the serenity itself. Beautiful garden, comfortable bed(!), flexible and hospitable staff. Enjoyed chilling by the pool! Would return and recommend!

When I am in Moshi, I look forward to the peace and community and comfort here. It’s walkable to downtown and you can feel Kili peering down at you. Staff is responsive and supportive. Stay here!…unless I want to book a room. 😊

We loved staying here! The accommodations are comfortable, peaceful and great for the price! The food is delicious and you’ll be stuffed full the entire time! I’ve been traveling and living around Tanzania for almost 8 years. I can say this is some of the best home cooked food I’ve ever had! If you are needing to stay near the airport, this is the best option!

Sophie's place was great. It was peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient to the busy town of Moshi. She and her family were wonderful, we felt right at home. The meals were very good. I would definitely stay there again.

He also has lot of suggestions to do in moshi and also all over tanzania 🇹🇿 I would totally recommend He came to pick us up when we reached moshi. Breakfast was perfect. we had a delight stay here . Anthony, Sophia and Cherie (the hosts) were incredibly welcoming and accomadating, making us feel at home. They provided a comfortable and hygienic environment with inhouse plants and art. The lovely outdoor space added a charming touch to the experience. Make sure you checkout the arts/beadowork and support the charity work the host us doing in Moshi.
