I really enjoyed my stay at Isigis place…the location is easily accessible, the condo is very clean, quiet and serene. Gideon is a friendly, proactive and responsive host. My stay was a short one but I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful house at an amazing location. Staff at the house go out of their way to make sure you have great stay and the food is fantastic. It doesn’t get better than this!

The place was as described. We enjoyed the Villa 2 house, it was clean and spacious. The environment is serene and peaceful, lots of greenery makes it more livable despite the hot temperatures. The beach is a walking distance and was not crowded despite it being December holiday. The staff especially Caroline was super helpful including her very sweet coastal cuisine. We got recommendations for a good swim instructor from our host. The co-host was very kind, helpful and prompt. Thank you, Nana. Hopefully we come back again with our large families.

A truly magical place, beautiful and unique house. The creek is at the bottom of the garden and we all loved swimming in there each day (we were 3 adults and 3 primary aged children). The design of the house and garden is just gorgeous and in-keeping with the rural Kenyan location. Come here for an escape from it all, enjoy the peace and quiet, and the warm hospitality from Joseph and David!

This is our 5th visit to The Beach House. We keep coming back for a bunch of reasons. Rehema, Ali and the rest of the staff are the best. The location right on the water with perfect views is unbeatable. Communication with Rory is consistently great. The top porch is some of my favorite square footage on the planet. And … have I mentioned how terrific Rehema is?

What a magical place! Everything about our time at Nyumba Ya Madau was wonderful. The staff were all excellent, and the food was outstanding. It was perfect for a very special family holiday. We hope to return soon! Thank you

We absolutely loved everything about the house. Beautiful, comfortable and perfect for familes with children and with excellent relaxing areas for adults! We enjoyed the wonderful service of chef Ngumbao, Saidi and Miriam who treated us so well. Thank you Emma for a wonderful holiday home and being so thoughtful and responsive. Heaven on Earth. Everything about this location was spectacular. Our family didn’t want to leave and had my children’s school not started soon after we left we would have requested to extend our stay. The staff (Japhet, Margaret, and Stella) at the Red House were so sweet and helpful. They tried to do everything they could to make our stay as delightful as possible. I truly appreciated their company and work. My children loved them and asked if they would come back home with us! “Haha!” I would recommend the Red House to anyone and everyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The hosts are very friendly and kind. They made sure that we settled in well. We had a dedicated chef and housekeeping. There is also a SPA in the compound; if you are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms in a quiet area, very central, this is the right place to stay in Watamu. The supermarket is 10 minutes away. The beach is 10 min walking distance

Home away from home! The villa is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Valentine is an exceptional host!!

Gabriele's place is beautifully designed and smack at the waterfront. The view is fantastic and all the top rooms face the ocean. That part of the ocean is not easily swimmable though. It's the perfect place to just come and watch the grass grow. We shall be back.

Loved our stay at Mahine's place. We would definitely recommend! Timely response from Mahine in case of issues or requests. Beautiful scenery, access to the white sandy beach, several swimming pools to accommodate the many people who’ve chosen to stay there for the gem that the place is. The little ones are also well taken care of with the various baby pools and kids play and entertainment areas. Very family friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Ritchie House is a true reflection of Malindi - tranquil, private and with an understated elegance. We really enjoyed our stay there most of all the private beautiful beach and the food. Francis, the cook, and his two assistants Richard and Salim worked extremely well together and outdid themselves. All the meals were exceptional, from the Swahili dishes to the grilled seafood! We will definitely recommend Ritchie House to our friends as it was a true taste of Malindi hospitality!

Claudio’s place is lovely! Everything is as listed, but the photos don’t merely do it justice. The place looks much better in person! 😍 Especially because of the greenery around the compound and the beautiful, minimalist decor in the house, not to mention the big king size bed. The pool is located right by the beach with the house just a few meters away, so the view and access to the beach is easy as pie. Anything you’d need like supermarkets and other shops are about 8-10 minutes on a tuktuk or boda. Henry, the caretaker, is wonderful! He is very kind, patient and super helpful! He went out of his way for us and made sure we got everything we needed. Claudio is a good communicator who is very responsive and willing to help! Even though he wasn’t around, a quick message to him gets an immediate response! Even so, as long as Henry is around, you’re in good hands! He is truly the best!👌🏾 Our stay was comfortable, peaceful and seamless. God bless you Claudio and Henry for hosting us!

This is the most beautiful place we stayed during our holidays in Kenya! Everything is perfect from the place, to the amenities, decoration and the staff. The villa is well decorated, feel like home and spacious. We enjoyed our family dinner outside every nights. The landscape is just stunning, the pool is always clean and well tempered. The garden is beautiful and we can enjoy fresh coconut, such a paradise. We felt in security and peaceful. The beach is right across the garden so everyday we were amazed by the tide pools and enjoying swimming in it. The staff is careful, always available and friendly. Special mention to chef katana who delivers succulent meals. Thanks Charlotte for decorating the villa and the room in honor of our wedding, we will come back that's for sure! Regarding the location we called an uber to go visit the ngunni Sanctuary and going to ATM they find the place easily. Besides this we stayed all our stay at Charlotte's place as we felt great.

This villa is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay with family and friends. Well positioned within the Medina Palms resort and with privacy and facilities that the smaller apartments do not have, I would definitely stay here again. Jacob was very easy to communicate with online and the staff at Medina Palms are excellent.

Daniele's place was a wonderful and memorable experience for us. The staff members are super friendly, thumbs up to the security guard ;Tete and Michael. The cleaners Jacky and Amina, they are very friendly and helpful. Daniele's place was very clean and free of clutter. Many places to have activities and are all so close to each other. We will definitely come.

This is the third time we have returned to Lucy’s place as a family, and it’s safe to say we hope for many more. Away from the hustle of Watamu town, the cottage offers quiet and serenity you won’t find many places, with charming simplicity and the feeling that you are truly a local for the week! The house is decorated in the loveliest Swahili style, all of the towels and kitchen items are there for you, and the pool is a perfect place to spend all day. We especially love the beach (2 mins walk) for exploring tide pools with our little kids. Be sure to bring a bucket and swim shoes for hours of fun. If you need to find civilization, the nearby Rock and Sea and Mida Creek is there for massage, drinks, or meals within walking distance…then head right back to your private retreat. Katana, Lorna and Albert always take the best care of us too. It is truly our happy place. Thanks Lucy!

Lorine's house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness from her staff that immediately made us feel at home. Despite her absence, she was always so responsive going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The house itself perfectly matches the description and is right on the beach offering my family the serenity we much needed. We are so grateful for the hospitality, Lorine and highly recommend this home.
