Vacation rentals in Kilgarriff West

The perfect getaway, couldn’t rate this place higher. Perfect. Cosy but roomy. Comfy sofa and beds. Lovely surroundings. Hot tub was great and held temperature well. House itself was warm and welcoming. Heating worked a treat as did the fire stove. Kitchen had everything you need. Short 2min drive into local town for lunch and pubs if needed or 6min drive into Bundoran for more. A great place, I’ll definitely return again and again.

It was just right for our family. Very cozy cottage. We were particularly pleased with the welcome basket with food and sweets. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

This wee cabin is like something out of the movies . Beautiful surroundings and gorgeous cabin . We had planned to go out and about when we got there but we just wanted to make the most and didn’t want to leave! Pictures really don’t do it justice. Amy was helpful and responsive. Wished we had booked two nights . There’s plenty to do in the surrounding areas We took Amy’s recommendation and did the cave tour after we checked out . Perfect finish to a night away !

Fantastic Christmas stay. Our hosts went to the extra effort of putting up decorations including a beautifully lit Christmas Tree which was really appreciated by all. The property was spotless, warm and had everything you could possibly need to make a stay comfortable . There is a beautiful nature reserve and park directly behind the house and the location is very central for exploring what the wonderful Co. Mayo has to offer. Thank you Eugene and Joan .

Lovely place and would stay again.

Very nicely renovated property. We loved watching the sheep, and had the opportunity to watch a farmer come in with his Border Collie to round them up and move them one morning. Great communication with friendly host.

Our second visit to the cottage, and much like our first visit, we were not disappointed! Liam was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He had left fresh bread, milk and homemade cake for our arrival which was lovely. The cottage was cosy as the range had been lit, and there was fuel available to keep it going. The secluded location and cosy bed/ fresh linen meant we slept brilliantly, and the enclosed outside space was perfect for our dog. Our second visit, but definitely not our last; we would highly recommend!

Perfect communication with Sheena, the house has everything you need in it, very confortable with an amazing view. Mullaghmore was closing for the winter (no more leasure center or tourist activities from 31 october), but the walks are amazing and people friendly. it was a good holiday, thank you!
