Theres no way to tell about Jue’s (and her team’s) kindness and hospitality without writing a short novel. Best host we’ve had in all our Airbnb experience. Speedy communication and response to requests, so warm and friendly, very clear and detailed instructions. Staff very kind and easy to chat to. Lets just say, they have mastered the art of hospitality! We felt right at home and will definitely be back next time we need a place in Nairobi. Well done Jue and team!

From the comfortable beds and beautifully curated space to the gardens and a vase of fresh herbs at the cooker, Helen’s cottage is a delight. Both before and during my stay, Helen was easily available. Her thoughtful addition of breakfast items was especially nice as I arrived late at night.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! It was in a beautiful compound, among a very private and green estate hidden away from everything. Nyx was very communicative prior and during the stay, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would love to come again. Asante sana!

The place was clean, quiet and above all safe. I especially liked the fact that it was close to public transport. You could also take Uber. Nearby are good restaurants, clubs, sights and shopping were within walking distance (Junction Mall). In the house we had a garden where I could read my books in peace. Wifi was always there for my kids and the TV was equipped with Netflix and Prime video. We'd love to come back.

The place was seren, Cool and creating a Good atmosphere for relaxation.The people we're welcoming and hospitable. The dogs were friendly too adding the warmth. I and my woman we liked the place 😊

This place fit my needs and exceeded in total privacy, and high end meticulous decor. I travelled all day went to the place I was supposed to stay and it wasn’t right, I booked Belinda and she had the place ready instantly, sent me the codes, and it really gave me a chance to decompress after a very hard day! Would have stayed longer if it wasn’t booked up! Rare find, located in safe prime neighborhood

Really enjoyed my stay at kenji’s place and would have loved to stay longer. Kenji was a responsive host and i always felt he was there if i needed anything. Outstanding. I would be very pleased to return and stay longer.

Hands down the best airbnb I have ever seen in Kenya. From the security guards at the door to the cleaning room lady, everyone was highly professional. I stayed with my two kids, it was safe and conveniently located like 3mins walk to Sarit Center. They have a small restaurant on site with diverse menu. We loved everything they made. Kids especially lover their pancakes! There is so much positives to say about these apartments so let me just say I will never stay anywhere else while in Nairobi as long as they have availability. I had an amazing stay at Martha’s place. The location was perfect, and the space was exactly as described—super clean and comfortable. Communication with Martha was a breeze. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town.

Totally loved my experience here, I was staying with my family and I really loved the kitchen it was fully fitted. The dinning and living space was just perfect 10/10. My interaction with the host was effective, Emmaculate is responsive and friendly. The apartment is located in a good neighborhood, we walked to and from the shopping mall with ease. The security at the gate were friendly and ready to help .

Our first choice any time we’re going to Nairobi

I’m from The Netherlands and this was my first time in Nairobi. It was a pleasant place to stay at. The host was very friendly and responded fast when needed. I would recommend this place for anyone who doesn’t like to stay in an area that is too busy. The place was clean and well organized in short, you get value for what you pay.

The apartment was clean and well furnished, and the lady who looked after the apartment was great. All our queries and requests were attended to, and i would stay there again. Sheila was always available to answer any queries we had and are grateful. Overall, a great place to stay, close to Lavington Mall, Yaya and Quick mart, with cafes and restaurants.

Loved staying here! Fantastic host!
