The accommodation was absolutely amazing, and I wish I could have stayed longer. I had everything I needed, and there wasn’t a single thing missing. What stood out the most was how James took the time to give me a full introduction to the property – unlike many other hosts, he showed me the entire place and made sure I knew where everything was right from the start. James is definitely the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The room as well as the other we booked where beautiful and clean. The view is nice, especially when it gets dark. Ploywarat is super nice and was always reachable for our questions.

Good places

After staying in various places in Khon Kaen, this one stands out as one of the best overall. The flat feels more human-sized compared to most condos in the area, offering a much cozier and homelike experience. It’s clear that Ninna cares for the space as if it is her own—it truly feels like home. Ninna is extremely accommodating, helpful, and attentive, even helping to keep the place tidy when needed. The location near Central is convenient, and noise levels are managed well. The space is particularly suitable for couples with a child. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, featuring great amenities such as a pool with an incredible view, a football field, and plenty of parking.

The place is super lovely. Very thoughtful gestures of mother Dauw who brought us delicious fruits, homecooked and authentic dishes which we enjoyed every single time. The location is quiet, peaceful and safe. The rooms are spacious and you have all the amenities you need for a longer stay. Me and my mother felt right at home and we got super sad to leave the place. There are plenty of lovely cafes in the neighbourhood. We asked for some utilities and got it right away. Absolutely great service I am so happy I have met mother Dauw and we would love to stay there again. Absolutely the best accommodation we every stayed in and I hope to see them again very soon!!!

Anun was a superb host. The apartment is centrally located in the city and offers many opportunities for activities and good accessibility on foot. Photos and description match. I highly recommend this apartment and would book again.

Great place, highly recommended.

I stayed at this place over 1 month and even extended my stay. For me it was the perfect place for work and experiencing the city. Internet is good and the aircon too. The bed is comfortable. The neighbors are friendly too. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to come back soon. Evan is a very nice host, kind, friendly and always asks if you happy. I can recommend this place 100%.
