Vacation rentals in Khlong Yai

We felt very comfortable here. Great view from the terrace. Due to the elevated location, there is almost always a breeze here. The apartment has windows with fly screens on all four sides, together with the wind we could sleep without air conditioning. Very nice landlords. We will be back!

We had 14 amazing days at Journey’s End Homestay! 🤩 We relaxed and truly enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We could have easily stayed another 14 days. We arrived by taxi from Bangkok, which Nicky had arranged for us in advance. She was also very helpful in organizing our return trip. The staff were wonderful—friendly, cheerful, and always making sure we had a perfect holiday. Angela prepared fantastic food, and special requests were never a problem. We rented a scooter and, after exploring the more touristy side of the island, we appreciated the peacefulness of staying with Nicky even more. We also went on a boat/snorkeling trip arranged by the homestay, and we are so grateful for that experience. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, far from the tourist crowds—but still just a 30-minute scooter ride away if you want to explore. Absolutely fantastic—we’ll be back!☺️

We felt very comfortable in the bungalow, the high ceilings and large windows are unique. The hotel complex is also very well maintained and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was varied, there were above all many fresh things and everything was nicely arranged. Delicious cappuccino !! We would book again anytime.

the place was wonderful and peaceful! the staff were really sweet unfortunately there was a language barrier as we didn't speak Thai but thanks to Google translate all was good. The rooms are really clean. Although you can't get any alcohol except beers it's totally fine probably good too😊 We had a really welcoming experience thank you!

The perfect place to stay. Tal has been an amazing host helping my parents for everything, since the day they arrived until the day they left. Always trying to find the perfect solution for them and they also arrange the reception of some package for them it was perfect. The house is really clean and same as on the description, you need to walk 2 min to go to the beach and relax without many tourist. Perfect place to stay and relax. Will definitely be back every year ! Thank you so much !

The first best decision I made was visiting Koh Kood, the second best decision I made was staying at the Pink Kangaroo Bungalows. Dick and Wan are incredibly warm & welcoming, provided great local recommendations, and even checked in on me as a solo female traveler. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed beautiful views. They are also located in a great location - very close to great restaurants and beaches, and are tucked away which gives the feeling of privacy among the surrounding nature. The on-site cafe was lovely and I looked forward to coffee and toast each morning. They made renting a scooter very easy with minimal hassle. On top of everything, I got to enjoy some nice conversations while enjoying morning breakfast. Can't recommend this place enough, and hope to be back!

Had a great stay at Sureerat's place. Very peacful and surrounding with nature. Very closed to town. Sureerat is very accomodating host. Quick response to reply to our requests. The house has everythings we need and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recomended. We will book here again soon. Thanks Immy and Ben

A-ma-zing. The garden view villa oozes luxury without being pretentious. Every thing in the house is of great quality.. the lovely wooden floor, the repurposed antique doors, the suuuper comfortable mattresses, the fully equipped kitchen, the Fußball table(!?) :-) such a nice place to just hang around in. Everything is on point. The house remains cool, even when it’s boiling hot outside, which is very welcome. Benjamin, even though he himself was at the other side of the world, was the most hospitable host we have ever at any AirBnb stay. He provided great information and even booked ferry tickets and taxi transfers. He couldn’t have been more helpful, really. A swimming pool would probably have made us never leave the property except to go out for food, but the beach (and what a beach!) is just a short 4 minute walk away. So maybe it’s actually good that there is no pool. ^^ I would go back in a heartbeat, but I’ll settle for dreaming of coming back some other time.

Toto and Katy were lovely hosts. This place is a very peaceful step away from the rest of the island. Toto has done a great job renovating the buildings using reclaimed timber. The vibe is very relaxed. 👍🏻
