Listing perfectly matches the instructions, flexible hosting because lockbox. The air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room appreciated it. The accessibility of the BTS (aerial metro) at+/- 10mm walk, there is a small shop in front of the building where you can buy the necessities. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Matt Smith is very friendly and quick to respond, the apartment is in a great location, lots of space, the house is tidy and feels like home, 6 minutes walk to BTS and 8 minutes walk to 7-11.

We had a very comfortable stay for 4 days.First of all, there were plenty of amenities, and there was plenty of shampoo, hand soap, towels, etc., as well as a coffee maker, fan, and sweets.I was scared of how much the electricity bill would be, so I used the fan as much as possible, but depending on the time of day, the fan was enough.However, it was occasionally hot during the day and at night, so we used the air conditioner.As a result, it was 145 baht in 4 days, so I don't think it will be particularly expensive to use it while being careful.Also, the room was very spacious and clean, so it was a good size to open a suitcase, and it was comfortable for two people.Personally, I was also very grateful that there was a large veranda.Your laundry dried quickly.It is a little far to get to downtown, so I thought it would be good to use Grab for less traffic.The security was also strong, and it was a place where you can rest assured.I think it's a very cost-effective place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Max's house for three nights! The stylish decoration made it feel like a home away from home. Max were super nice and promptly addressed all our needs and concerns. We also enjoyed the heartwarming local food, delicious desserts, and fresh fruit from Max. Thank you for your incredible hospitality; it truly made our family getaway special! We love you Max!!!

This place is great , down an alleyway that is quiet, she had the cleaner meet us at the main street which was ideal as she could show us the way to the property at check in. The place is clean and spacious with no noise. Nearby great food options and the bar upstairs at the skateboard shop is a good place for a drink on the rooftop.

I’m always dubious about a place having so many 5 star reviews. But in this case it’s well deserved. Ed and Tum are great hosts and their place is incredible. So many classy pieces (many hand made by Ed). Even as a gay couple we felt very welcome (which isn’t always the case). It’s relaxing even if you live in Bangkok and just want a night away. It’s much better if you have your own car, as the nearest decent restaurant is a 15-20 minute drive. In the end we just order Grab. Next time we will try and synchronise with Tum and organise a cooking school or dinner, as it was a bit far for us to venture. I had the best night sleep ever. Breakfast was also a highlight. Would be hard to beat those scrambled eggs anywhere. This is definitely a place to relax and escape the rat race of Bangkok.

We had a wonderful stay! This place is perfect for families, with 3 spacious and impeccably clean rooms, each with its own bathroom, making it super convenient for everyone. It’s also ideal for large groups, as the two separate living rooms provide ample space and privacy for members to relax or socialize. The location was exactly what we were looking for—quiet and private, perfect for unwinding. Plus, having a 7-11 just a short walk away was incredibly handy for any quick necessities. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The traditional house was so beautiful and the view of the canal right next to the house was great. It was a great experience that was different from a familiar hotel stay. The friendly and provided breakfast was generous and delicious. The surrounding amenities were a little lacking, and it was dark to go out late at night. This is an accommodation that can be recommended considering many things ^ ^

Great stay, The services was exactly as described. Walkable distance from mrt and there is a bus stop right in front of the house.7/11 was just 200mts distance. Rooms were spacious. Newly built property.

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

it's a lovely place. well stock with kitchen utensils, towels and had many extra cushions which can be used as pillows. Security is good as the estate security make sure to check strangers walking into the building. Host was very thoughtful and left us lots of snacks incasebodpf late arrival. I would recommend the stay here if you have a group of 7-8 person.

Very nice and luxurious condo with an awesome city view from the 32nd floor. Very quiet. Shares bellhops with the Ascott which is super helpful if you are arriving with a lot of luggage. Some restaurants and a 7-11 within easy walking distance. The furnishing are an older style, but clean and in good working order. Salvatore was a very accommodating host. Will stay here again when visiting Bangkok.

This was a perfect place, the flat but also the amenities in the building. The pool is Olympic size, a nice fitness and some tennis courts. The people working at the residence are very nice and helpful. Also a 7 eleven is located just at the entrance. Ern was a very pleasant host. I wish I could come back very soon and enjoy the city from this very confortable nest.

Chanita was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful from the minute I got there. The place has everything you need, 7-11 downstairs and a food market about 5 minutes walk away. I liked this place so much that I’m coming back to stay in a couple of weeks!

Cozy small apartment in a new house with closed guarded territory. There is everything you need for living and cooking (we initially did not pay attention to the lack of a washing machine, but near the house there is a good laundry). The house is far away from the center and metro stations, but with personal transport or taxi it is not a problem.

There are so many things to talk about how comfortable and great apartment Aid has. Aid is very responsive, helpful and friendly! The apartment is just 20mins away from the airport. You have everything you need and if you need something else, there’s a 7-11 just right below! Railway is nearby too. Easy location to get a grab. There’s also a vending machine below for your daily dose of coffee/tea. There’s an area for you to chill too. It feels like home. Quiet and peaceful. Balcony is cosy and windy at times. No traffic noise and able to get a good sleep. I’m lucky to be able to stay at Aid’s. I will definitely come back again.

Nice apartment for 1-2 people. Location is perfect, close to all of the action Thong Lor has to offer, but never heard any street noise. Internet was fast and stable. Basic kitchen, but due to all the nearby restaurants, I never cooked. Lots and lots of storage room. Everything is literally steps away: from restaurants, shopping, etc. BTS is about 1 km away. Walkable if not too hot; otherwise moto taxis are readily available. K. Chuchai was very easy to reach and always responsive.
