Apartment vacation rentals in Khao Lak

The place was very nice and clean. minimalistic but had everything I needed. Close to restaurants, 711 etc... I didn't get a motorbike but next time I would to be able to navigate freely . I found the taxis a little high for a solo traveler. The staff was super nice and available if you needed anything. I definitely recommend this lovely room if you're ever in Khao lak.

We stayed as a couple with two children at Martin and Nok's place for 9 nights. And we highly recommend it. Clean and beautiful apartment right in the jungle. Kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bed, parking. Less than 2 km walk to an amazing beach with restaurants, bars, surfboards for rent and a relaxing atmosphere. Martin and Nok helped us with everything we needed and provided us with a lot of information about the area and what to do there. I definitely recommend the place. We would have stayed there for a long time but unfortunately the apartment was already booked by new guests.

Only stayed one night but wish I’d stayed longer. The beach is stunning and only a few minutes walk to the ocean from the apartment. It had lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. Perfect stay.

Apartment is almost on the beach, no crowds, it's quiet and calm. You can really relax.

A good value for money stay. The apartment was neat and clean. No unnecessary stuff. The parking lot in front is not very charming but the beach is very nice. The tourists staying in the nearby resorts prefer to stay at their own beach so this part of the beach felt almost private. We rented the longtail for a day snorkeling and it was a memorable day! Recommend to go with Penn or her husband One to 4 beautiful spots with the boat. They also rent canoes. Massages at the beach were also nice. We hired a motor at 2K, opposite the road, which made it so much easier to discover the surroundings. Our favorite place for breakfast/lunch: Delicacy! We wanna return to Khao Lak to scuba diving again next year and will book this apartment with pleasure if available.

Great place. Friendly service and always got help and tips when asked for them. The host was able to rent an electric scooter on a budget. The area is peaceful, so an inexperienced driver can easily rent a moped. After practicing mopping on the small road of the property for a little while, you can take the big road and all the necessary services within a comfortable drive. Walking distance (10-15 min) memories beach nice and safe with a child. Long shallow beach and good food. There's also a nearby elephant spot for children and children's minds.

Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

We had restful end enjoyable stay. The grounds were phenomenal and a welcome reprieve from the bustle of city life. Recommend to future visitors!

clean and simple room for stay

This is a private condo by well known developer. I stayed here because I like the serene and privacy. It’s very hot even it’s winter in Thailand so we stayed indoor between 1-5 pm and then either take free shuttle bus (or pay taxi bht 150($US5) one way) to turtle village or MaiKhao plaza ( only one seafood restaurant and it’s pretty good) for dinner. At turtle village try the Thai express and love it and not so much at coffee club. Thank you Yulia for let us know that you can order groceries online with Tesco lotus. They will deliver groceries for free and you can either pay online or upon delivery of groceries. You also can eat at the Renaissance where they will give you 15-20% discount if you tell them you stay at the condo. Marriott members get 20% discount thank you

We spent two marvellous weeks here. Appts are spacious and comfortable. It’s not in the swimming pool area, so we were able to drink coffee in the balcony in quiet. The place is great all in all! We are going to be back.
