The check-in was quick and without any problems. Very friendly staff. They make great coffee! All problems were solving quickly. The only drawback: the Internet is not completely stable, the routers are apparently not configured quite correctly.

This was honestly one of the best stays I've experienced. The host was amazing. The place was stocked with every possible amenities that a person could need. I would definitely recommend to anyone who travels to phnom Penh. Honestly amazing!

Jin Eng was a fantastic host during our 2 nights stay. He is friendly and provides timely advice on the key attractions in Phnom Penh. His place is spacious and clean and is located next to a very nice Aeon Mall where you can easily get groceries. We will definitely stay at this place when we return. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice large apartment at a great price. The neighbourhood is safe and well lit at night, and security for the apartment is excellent. Large screen tv with a lot of English language options (not common with newer apartments in Phnom Penh these days) plus smart tv. There are terrific local and upmarket dining options nearby and the riverside is only a ten minute walk. Philip was a friendly, very responsive host. I would highly recommend his apartment.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and large apartment. Very functional apartment and excellent communication with Sam. We travel by bike and our bikes were safe inside the building every night. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood 10 minutes from tuk tuk downtown. Thank you.

I stayed for 1 week at Jays place and it was great. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Communication with Jay was excellent and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at Ruwan's apartment several times and will keep coming back. I always leave reluctantly. Guests live among the buildings community who are friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. It is central and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ruwan, supported by his wife Sophya, is a wonderful host. Communication and responsiveness are excellent. He has installed a filtered water system in the kitchen which comes in very handy. The air con in the small room broke down and Ruwan had it replaced within 24 hours. The apartment represents a perfect opportunity to experience Phnom Penh life.

The apartment is a 20-minute drive from the airport ($6), there is a cafe in front of the apartment, and there is a delicious Khmer restaurant with a reasonable and cooler 4 minutes on foot.There is a max value supermarket in 13 minutes on foot.There is a washing machine on the veranda, so I was able to do laundry every day.The room was also clean and comfortable.However, there was only one wifi antenna in the room, and when I watched YouTube, I went to the cafe in front of the apartment.Thank you for considering check-in and checkout times.If I come to Phnom Penh again, I want to stay here.We had a wonderful stay.Thank you so mych

A nice new building with a good layout. My kids loved the small pool and the main pools were clean and well looked after. Apartment was clean and in good order with everything we needed. The location is just outside the main tourist part so it was a little quieter but only a quick Tuk Tuk away for just over a dollar ( you could easily walk but I had three kids with me).

I stayed for 2 month and I really enjoyed the apartment. Can totally recommend it! It looks like the pictures. It's not big, but enough for one person. Everything you need is there and it's clean. Located on the 16th floor with a small balcony. The pool & gym on the 26th floor are also nice. The landladies are also very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in a great location with fabulous views especially from the bedroom. The 65 inch TV is a great bonus with a couple of inbuilt apps like Netflix and Apple TV. All in all, a comfortable apartment but what made it really worthwhile were the communal facilities such as the Sky Bar and Sky Pool as well as the indoor heated pool and gym.

Kagnara's apartment was identical to the photos. A nice surprise was the patio, the view of the city is stunning and a lovely place to chill. The apartment is spotless and Kagnara has water, soda, tea and coffee for her guests. The location is ideal for all of the major tourist attractions: National Museum, Royal Palace, River cruise, Wat Phnom and the Night Market. Kagnara is a stellar host and I cannot give her enough accolades. She met me at the entrance of the apartment building, escorted me to the room then showed me around. From the moment I booked, Kagnara responded within 10 - 15 minutes. When I return to Phnom Penh I will defintely stay at Kagnara's apartment again.
