We spent a lovely month at the One Bedroom Pool Villa. We used this as a base for exploring the region with our hire car. The villa was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette in the property itself with microwave, fridge, kettle and electric grill. Plus another kitchen for us only, a few steps away, with gas hobs. Essential pots, pans and utensils supplied. The washing machine on site was very useful and worked well. The TV is modern, the superking bed is comfy, usual Thai hardness but we like that. Shower is acceptable but not super powerful. Pool is a welcome addition when the weather is hot, and we spent quite a few half days relaxing by it. Wifi works very well. Quiet and peaceful location. Phen is a 10 minute drive away with lots of restaurant/shacks, many shops, a supermarket a few 711s, markets, a hospital, pharmacies etc The local market on Tuesday and Saturday was fun. A straight 5 stars for Ketta! Her house is one of the best Airbnbs I've been to. The room was very comfortable with an exclusive bathroom, the bed was perfect and the whole house is wonderfully designed according to the Laotian culture with a more modern image. For sure the biggest feature on this house is Ketta herself, who is extremely nice and always happy to help and to make you feel at home. She offered to pick me up from the airport and also to take me to the airport, which is close to her property. She also prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, which was perfect before a day out in the city. I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Laos, as I've now made a new friend in Ketta.

great room with amenities. host is responsive and staffs are friendly and help solved any issues. came during the lao new year and everyone, staff and other tenants, celebrated together.

Although we just spent one night, we felt very well - thanks a lot for hosting us.

Great place, fantastic hosts. My wife and I spent a month here and rebooked for a second month. Philom was very attentive to anything we needed (or just wanted) and was very helpful and friendly getting us oriented with our surroundings.
