The location is right near the subway so easy to get around all of NYC. Great shopping and fantastic restaurants close by. Coming from Sydney Heatwave to a NYC winter ( we got snow for Christmas! ) meant our kids were really cold. After a phone call to Sergie a second duvet was delivered the next day. We loved all the local suggestions and felt really at home.

Natalia‘s place was so great for our huge family even though it is a house divided into it is very roomy. The basement is big enough for the whole family and overall it’s just a great place you feel right at home. Highly recommend everything is walkable

Our stay at Checha's was just perfect. The apartment is as described, very well-equipped and very clean! The neighborhood is great, quiet with shops nearby (Lidl is a 5-minute walk) and above all an incredible view of New York! The bus stop is right next to the house, allowing you to reach Manhattan in 15-20 minutes. Checha is a very friendly host, attentive and very accommodating! The quality of the accommodation and Checha's kindness helped make this trip an exceptional one! I recommend it 100%.

The airbnb cottage was charming, complete with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasant. Cindy, the host, was fantastic and responded promptly to any questions I had. The area was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed in dozens and dozens of Airbnbs and this is bar none the best I have stayed in terms of the price and value. To say it is well appointed is an understatement, it was perfect for my 2 day biz trip. Very quiet. Such an awesome building and setting! If you’re questioning whether it you should hit ‘Reserve’…..yes, do it. Thanks for the great stay :)

Excellent stay. The bagel place up the street is amazing, easy access to the subway system, and the space is clean and well appointed. Entry is extremely easy and having a parking space made a huge difference. Also loved that it’s a historic building, but doesn’t feel “old”. Felt like I was part of the community.

Melissa and Jeff’s home was just perfect! Adorable, clean, comfy beds. Hosts thought of everything, one of the best stocked and decorated airbnbs we have stayed in. They were flexible and accommodating with a last minute change, which was greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again.
