Clean and convenient home. Perfect for a break on the road with two bedrooms. We appreciated the immediate proximity to many shops (grocery store, bakery, tobacco,...) The accommodation is as described, its major asset is the exceptional view of the port exit from the large glass window of the living room. We can fully enjoy the sunrise and sunset, as well as the departures and returns of the fishing boats. The master bedroom is spacious, the small one that is accessible from the kitchen does not have storage but remains functional. The kitchen area is limited, but has everything you need. The large covered terrace is lovely. The 3 parking spots in front of the property are wide enough to park without any hassle. The one reserved for the listing is the one in the middle (starboard). Durand our stay, the neighboring home and the one above were busy, but we didn't hear any noise. Soundproofing is very good, especially the glass window that cuts off any noise from the ocean. In short, a very pleasant accommodation, perfect for discovering this very beautiful region.

A wonderful stay in a great house. It was the perfect space for our extended family holiday. Pauline and Dany were on hand to assist without being intrusive and their recommendations really added to our stay. Highly recommended

Patricia's house is very nice, very quiet, perfect for several people, two beautiful bathrooms, two separate toilets, beautiful cozy furnishings, pretty little garden and a great terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a large awning, in the garden shed there are other loungers, chairs and a Weber grill, a place to feel good. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary cooking utensils, there are many different glasses for different drinks, overall the kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Salt, pepper, herbs, vinegar, coffee and much more are also available. Lesconil is a great base for exploring beautiful corners of southern Brittany. Patricia is a very kind host. She provides her guests with a great personal collection of various excursion and restaurant tips. Glad we were able to be a guest here.
