Everything is great, beautifully quiet apartment. Comfortable and everything there. We felt very comfortable. Gladly again.

Stayed for 1 month while visiting SDU. The flat has all the necessary amenities in good condition - nice, clean, small kitchen and bathroom appropriate for a single occupant. Location is quiet and very convenient for walking to local supermarkets, cafe and tram service. The shared washing machine/ dryer was in an external building that was under renovation at the time, but this did not bother me during my stay. Stine was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to messages.

A nice relaxed stay in a lovely apartment overlooking the harbour, perfect for before and after running a marathon in the city, and Karen was very helpful with her detailed instructions and messages.

We loved our time at the house, the nearby beach, vineyard and Røsnæs were stunning. The house, terrace and jetty were peaceful and we even had a deer visit us. All in all a great holiday.

The location of Susanne's house is wonderful, right on the beach and the many windows allow for a great view of the sea. Susanne explained everything in advance; we brought our own bed linen, but could have received these from Susanne at an extra cost. You pay extra electricity and water, but also at the usual prices. The house is cleaned by the guests themselves, which is completely okay. The parking is not directly at the house; for transporting the suitcases and shopping, she has therefore provided a wheelbarrow. Because the path was really not far, this was also a really good solution. I only checked some of the things described after the reservation, but for me everything was totally fine. Susanne is a very nice host who is easily accessible. We would come back.

This is a beautiful home. Better than the pictures. We loved the private enjoyment of the beach, and cozying up by the fire when it was chilly. It is a great home!

Perfect! Perfect! Kitchen very well equipped, everything very clean, nice terrace, comfortable beds. The whole house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. It is only 30 meters to the jetty by the sea. At the reception there was a good bottle of wine and delicious regional chips at the table. You're right at home. Thank you for this wonderful uncomplicated stay!

Had a great time - again!

We stayed at Signe's beautiful summer house for a week with our three children. Signe is a particularly accommodating & kind host. She has already provided us with relevant information regularly in advance and always responded very promptly to questions. The beach house is well equipped and didn't miss anything. It is very cozy and lovingly furnished. We enjoyed the time very much. The view of the sea is beautiful. The beach invites you to take extensive walks and boules. We have used the fireplace several times, whereby the air conditioner also generates heat very efficiently. We all slept very well and in the morning enjoyed our coffee overlooking the sea mostly in the rising sun. Highly recommended is the nearby cafe or restaurant Rosengarten. Dear Signe, Thank you again for your hospitality and for letting us be your guests.

We were a group with three generations and the house and house decor suited us perfectly and there was plenty of space in shared premises. We'd love to come again.

Super cozy apartment, here you can feel immediately and consistently comfortable. The decor offers everything you need (only a microwave would have been good). Beautiful, clean bathrooms. View from the terrace is great right on the sea, the beach is right in front of you. In between only a small but well-traveled (also many tractors) road. OK for us, but if you are looking for complete peace and quiet, it would not be optimal. Based on the pictures, we started from the 1st floor (plus a corresponding view), but that is not the case, the apartment is on the first floor. Mette is always easily accessible and is also very proactive in advance and during. Great host.

Great place, exactly as expected at very fair prices. Needed a place to stay at a short notice. Will come back next time im in the area.

The apartment was just as lit. Everything necessary was present and in good condition. In summer, the terrace must be perfect -west-facing and with great views of the marina. Would love to come again

Great place! Very cosy and clean! The city center is in close walking distance and even though the location is very central the flat is really quiet. We had an amazing, relaxing stay and definitely recommend staying at Rikkes flat!

This was our second stay at this lovely flat. Spacious, charming, well equipped, beautiful views. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Excellent all around.
