Amazing space. The whole place is so beautifully maintained and to my surprise looked even better in person. The house was well maintained and fully prepped with all sorts of amenities. Joseph is an excellent host and was extremely approachable and kind.

Clean and clutter free space. Had almost all the necessary amenities. However, it would have been better to have hot water facility as well. Overall experience was great, especially the host was very helpful with finding the place and met us in person to give us a walkthrough of the place. Cleanliness was something to be appreciated as well. Place had all the essential items for a couple of days’ stay. Will consider this again during next visit for sure.

Its almost like two apartments size and it’s a house and well cleaned and very clam place host was superb and very helpful Roads to the place is bit narrow and but confusing but host will help you out …. All together it’s was a very good stay

We stayed at Salwa’s Airbnb Homestay and had a great time! The apartment is incredibly spacious – much larger than we expected – and we absolutely loved it. We had plenty of room to cook and really enjoyed our time there. It was such a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely give it 5 stars. One thing to note is that the apartment is located by a road, so you can hear some noise even on the fourth floor. It’s something to keep in mind, but we didn’t mind at all – we actually loved it. That’s it from us. Highly recommended!

The place is well connected by roads. Restaurants are easily reachable. Though by the said of a main road, it's very quiet. The studio provides all the facilities for a family. Quiet safe. Mesfin is very friendly and quick to respond. I would like to specifically thank him, for allowing a refund, as we had to cut short our stay, due to our sudden change in plans.

Fantastic place. Extremely neat and spotless. Bathrooms were gleaming. The balcony was superb. Just did not want to get up from the balcony. Very close to marine drive. Host Anju was ever so helpful and was in toch throughout and made our stay very comfortable.

Clean and Convenient Stay! I had a wonderful stay at Meera and Akash’s place. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat. It was also very easy to locate, with clear directions provided by the host. The check-in process was seamless, and Meera was communicative and friendly throughout. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kochi!

Akash place is really awesome. I took my family and they felt like a home. very clean rooms and restrooms. It's great deal. Akash is a great host. He proactively communicated everything and we had a very seemless checkin and check out. we will definitely choose this place again.

Ideal stay for airport arrival or departure night. Great variety of supplies and comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at the property, its just 2 kms away from edapally toll and few kms away from kakkanad, making it accessible to a lot of prime locations nearby. The house was very clean and spacious. Ajai was kind enough to give us breakfast essentials. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay.

Been a regular visitor at thomas sir’s place. As usual it was a great stay! Perfect and safe like your own home.

Priya is a great host and the 1st floor which we had booked was really nice. 2 things to call out was the main door couldn't close properly so we had to lock our individual bedrooms before going out. Priya said she'll be getting it fixed. The next thing is the car parking as this place doesn't have space for a car. Cars need to park on the side road or an open clearing opposite the place.

the property is excellent. Very clean and properly maintained with basic amenities. The only issue was regarding the airconditioner. Out of two airconditioner , one was serviced against the request. Also the location in Airbnb is misleading . Everything else was fine.

I had an absolutely wonderful 20-day stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to amenities. The hosts, Khazraj and Fahad was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The attention to detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home. The family-friendly features were a standout—my child had a blast in the pool and the kids' play area, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.

The place is just perfect for a family! It feels right at home. Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Coimbatore!

the stay has excellent view from the 16th floor. all the amenties mentioned were provided and the surroundings where clean. top choice if your priority is a peaceful getaway , view and privacy.
