We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway out of NYC. The Empire Trail is a great walk right outside of the house and we enjoyed having our coffee on the beach just a couple minutes walk away. The porch is beautiful in the morning and afternoon, getting great sunlight. We LOVED all of the spots we got to try in Kingston. Standouts were Rosie's General, Eliza and Kingston Standard Brewing Co. There are tons of hikes and nature walks nearby and we had a great time exploring the three different downtown areas. Lots to see and do and Barbara's place was the perfect oasis to come back to. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a jewel of a retro-designed home —spacious, tastefully decorated, stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and views of the Hudson with great access to newburgh and beacon downtowns. Great communication and flexibility on check in and out. Would definitely stay again! Thanks

The house was in excellent condition! Ewelina was very helpful, located in a great area between Saugerties and Hunter Mountain.

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

Their spot is very cozy! Great large lawn for fetch by far the dog friendliest place I’ve stayed. Jane offers pet services next door, and everyone was super helpful when things came up over my monthlong stay. FYI, the house doesn’t open right up to the fenced area, so you need to go outside first. I trust one of my dogs not to take off, but not the other, so keep that in mind!

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

Mark & Whitney's place is absolutely gorgeous. It is much much bigger than it looks in the photos, but it is just as gorgeous if not more. I highly recommend staying here, I stayed for a little "staycation" and it was just perfect.

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

Upon entry, my architect husband said "Cute Cottage; Susan you did it again." Plenty of room for a couple in their mid-seventies, and a Millennial daughter. The cottage is very well insulated such that I didn't have to run the heat except for fifteen minutes at bedtime in mid-October, yet there is a big south-facing sliding door in each of the rooms where the sun and moon shines through. Beautiful woodland falls away from the cottage and small patio beyond the sliding doors, and moonlight is magic on all the leaves. If we had more time we would have investigated the many books in the shelving. We will find excuses for coming back to the area and will stay here again.

Tina’s place is fabulous. The modern decor and architecture is beautiful. The location is peaceful and the fenced in yard was amazing; our dog loved roaming around and exploring. The outdoor space is great for grilling and sitting around the fire pit. We especially loved the kitchen. It is fully appointed and the kitchen island is incredible for prep and serving. The washer dryer combo was an excellent touch and we were able to do a couple of quick washes so that everything was clean and ready to unpack at home. Saving the best for last; the soaker tub in the master bedroom is luxurious and relaxing. Thank you, Tina. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Gatherwild and the Shasta vintage camper was the perfect escape from the craziness of the city. I couldn't have picked a better, more peaceful place to relax, listen to nature, and stargaze. The camper is quaint but very well-kept and clean and there was more than enough room and storage for myself and my pup. Everything at Gatherwild feels very intentional and it feels like Laura has thought of everything–I didn't want to leave at all during my stay because I wanted to enjoy everything that the grounds had to offer. The bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the feeling of community surrounded the ranch. I was very sad to leave and can't wait to visit again, perhaps in fall, and stay in the camper again or even one of the beautiful tents!

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

We had the absolute best stay at Jeanie’s home! It was beautiful, spacious, and so well decorated, and the property couldn’t be more peaceful. The chickens and ducks in the backyard were so fun to watch, and really made the stay so magical. Jeanie was so helpful too, with lots of local recommendations and made our whole trip so easy! The house oozes with charm and character, and we couldn’t have loved it more!

We stayed at Ryan's place while visiting family in the area over the holiday weekend. The place was comfortable and clean and the bonus of being able to bring our pups was the best part. The dog park down the road was amazing and the locals were very friendly. The location was great, very convenient to shops, grocery store, gas etc. Overall we had a great time. Thanks again, Ryan!

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! I'd definitely love to stay again.
