We had an amazing stay here for Good Things Festival, with a group of 10, it was perfect! The pool/spa was perfect on a nice warm day, the location was super convenient and close to Flemington, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, great table for the amount of people including a large kitchen and oven/cook top! Sheryl & Hany were super responsive for anything we needed especially when it come to heating the pool on a slightly cooler day and turning the jets on. Will definitely be booking this space again. Thanks so much again!

Seung’s home is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket and it’s a short drive to Westfield. Close to the freeway yet it’s on a quiet street. Saved us so much time getting to different places. Seung is also very responsive and helpful. Our family had a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glen Iris at what is a beautiful family home hosted by Dave. The area is very leafy, with a safe walkable vibe, close to public transport, walking trails (and has great freeway access for those who are driving). The home was very well equipped, a heritage weatherboard home at the front that has been beautifully extended at the rear, with master bedroom joining a large lounge room featuring high ceiling with a lovely fireplace and chandelier light that completes an excellent package for entertaining (not to mention the superb dining area adjoining the kitchen). Outside the home has an incredible gardens with an abundance of flowering plants flanking a tranquil swimming pool at the back garden with a deck area which invites outdoor dining. I would highly recommend for family groups looking for a safe + convenient place to stay with great access to central and metropolitan Melbourne.

We stayed at this stunning property for a friends wedding. Karena was so beautiful in letting us stay. We had one issue and Karena responded immediately and had an electrician there within the hour. Incredible host, incredible stay thank you to Karena and her family for allowing us to have their beautiful property apart of a beautiful day.

We were return Guests as we had a pleasant trip previously! This home met our needs, especially travelling with dogs! Roger was so kind with meeting our needs with Check-in and Check-out, the special touchs including; having a dog bowl at the front door ready for our schnauzers arrival; a Welcome drink for us on arrival, lights on and gate open for our night time arrival. Thank you Having a swim in the poo after a long day l was devine! One thing I like about this property is that everyone has their own space! If travelling with a family the kids can socialise inside/outside in their own area away from the adults! The secure yard for the dogs is fantastic! At previous AirBnB our dogs have escaped from advertised secure yards! Roger's communication was fantastic and so appreciated! We will be back!

Lovely spacious, 3 bedroom duplex apartment in St Kilda. Secure, private parking, great location, short walk to the beach front and bustling bar and restaurant areas. Whether returning from a trip to the Great Ocean Road, Philip Island or sight seeing in central Melbourne, the house provided a wonderful, peaceful place to rest and spend time with family. Kerri is a great host. Some lovely welcome touches, provision of milk, butter and fresh bread etc. Would highly recommend.

Annie’s place is a perfect airbnb to house 16 pax. Loving the peacefulness, quietness of the neighbourhood. The airbnb is also located near sunshine market place where the grocery store is, which is very convenient for us. Thank you Annie for being an amazing host. I highly recommend this airbnb! 😊

This was our second stay at Gill and Frankie's place and it didn't disappoint. we appreciated the welcome pack of food to kick off our holiday, and the set up portacot waiting for our toddler. Our daughter loved playing with the many toys on offer. As we found previously, the house was clean when we arrived, has been furnished and equipped with everything you could ever want during your stay, and clear instructions for everything if you need them. Thank you for hosting our family Frankie and Gill, we will be back!

Best place we’ve stayed and definitely not your average Airbnb. The place has so much character and warmth and if you’re lucky enough to get a personal walkthrough on check in you’ll understand why. Paul and Marco couldn’t have been more accomodating and were genuinely keen to ensure we enjoyed not only their amazing place, but the entirety of our stay in Melbourne.being lucky enough to book it definitely made our weekend.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We loved our short stay here. It was a peaceful heaven in a quiet neighbourhood, secluded from the city hustle and bustle. Close to the beach, and key places. The home itself was very comfortable, very functional and enabled all we wanted to do; rest, recharge, eat well (home cooked food), and connect with our traveling guests. Our host was a blessing: very responsive, helpful instructions, and great care for the home. We'd be looking forward to staying at one of their managed properties in the future. The host was very responsive. The house had all the essentials and was clean. The gym park behind the house motivated my parents to work out, and they really liked the place, feeling sad to leave. It would have been better if the keys were labeled, as it took some time to figure out which key belonged to which door. Dilshan was very understanding in extending our checkout time and provided all the necessary updates during our two-week stay. I highly recommend Dilshan's place!.

Great location. close to shops (supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants just a walk away. very private place. Narrow alley but with small car parking wasn't a problem. we'll definitely stay again.

Our stay at Melanie's house was excellent, everything looked great including all the yummies she provided. We loved sitting on the front balcony and watch the people walk by and all the little parrots in the big tree. We walked to Albert Park for the F1 and we walked down Pickles street to the beach and had a great dinner at one of the restaurants. We will definitely come back one day and enjoy more of Melbourne.

Great stay, is in a convenient location, near to shops and train station. House is well furnished, comfortable, neat and had plenty of natural light, we loved it. Hosts were amazing and very helpful.
