Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

Fouz & Chris were excellent hosts with an amazing property. From the time our booking was confirmed they were in contact with us to insure we had as comfortable a stay as possible. Check-in was simple and flexible. The house was great, clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

It’s was close to all but private and peaceful… picture were accurate however seeing the sunrise peek through the windows were just breathtaking! Love it my family/friends enjoy it too! And as the sunset, beautiful lights came on on the porch and Christmas tree lights. It was just lovely. It was a nice touch and a nice surprise.

If you're looking for a stay off the beaten track this place is perfect - so much so that there is no cell signal so be warned! We even saw deer roaming the huge front yard(?) It is very child friendly, they have toys, high chair, crib and a stroller for use which reduced the amount of stuff we had to take. The only slight downside (to be expected) is the hot water tank is only 40 gallons and takes around 45mins to fill up so as a family of 5 we had to time the dishwasher, washing machine, bath time and showers carefully. Hosts are super responsive and were on hand to answer any questions.

Javid & Aysel are great hosts, super quick to respond and very helpful. They have a very lovely, homey home, and our group of 13 really enjoyed every level of it. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as the family gathered around it and by the kitchen/dining area. The house sits very close to walking trails, ski slopes, and it’s walking distance to beach and the community center which we would like to come back for in the summer!

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts who were so accommodating as to drive out to fix the internet for the one member of our group who needed to unfortunately work during our stay. Accommodations were basic and comfortable, which were expected and perfect for our group. We were there on the first chilly weekend of fall and able to spend both nights around the cozy wood stove during the evening and the dock during the day. The lakefront community is beautiful and I hope we can return with our dogs during the summer to take advantage of swimming and kayaking next year.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home in Pennsylvania, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The house was cozy and clean. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was also perfect, peaceful, yet close enough to local attractions for easy access. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with clear instructions and even some local recommendations, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was very clean and looked even better than in the photos. Everything was new, and the house had a fresh and pleasant scent. The dishes, kitchen—everything was sparkling clean. There were modern appliances, comfortable beds, and very soft bedding, all designed stylishly and with great taste. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. We had an issue when we ran out of propane, but the host resolved it very quickly and brought us a spare tank. Everything was great—thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway with the family (even the 2 teens didn’t complain!). Beautiful surroundings, easy to get to many things! We got there late Friday evening and had dinner 2 minutes down the road at the Emerson Inn restaurant. Back the house loved the pellet stove and coziness! The am meant bread alone (awesome bakery) 8 minute drive down the road. Spend some time exploring the area and found a brewery nearby. Easy to drive to Woodstock! Great house, great location would def go back. Only regret is we didn’t use the hot tub as we were too lazy to venture off the back deck.

I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

The house was so comfortable and inviting! I loved having our own babbling brook. Spent a few days here with my husband, young son, and our dog. We needed away getaway to be around more nature and we got the perfect spot! We were still near the awesome downtown of Livingston Manor. We had plenty to do and awesome views. It was so relaxing to just sit and look outside as well. We loved it! As an added bonus we had a blast playing ping pong and darts downstairs!

Little slice of heaven in the Western Catskills! This home was a perfect long-weekend escape from the hustle of city life—absolutely spectacular views, lovely fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and that perfect combination of spacious/airy and cozy. Amazingly well-outfitted for kids with plenty of toys & books, and we had fun in the snow in the yard. It was fairly blustery and wet out much of the weekend, so we spent most of our time inside but never felt cooped up.

Mike’s cloud-cabin FAR exceeded our expectations. The view and stay was, by far, our best experience with Airbnb. This was more of a zen retreat over your average home rental. Every corner of the home was designed thoughtfully and with architectural purpose and intent. Truly a gem. Mike was also super accommodating, quick to respond, and extremely kind. The only thing I would change is the fact that we had to leave! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you, Mike!

The house is set lakefront with a beautiful , peaceful and private view . It is very well equipped and super comfortable with many different seating selections and hang out spots. We enjoyed the many hiking trails around the house and the gas fireplace along with the jacuzzi! We were disappointed with the late 5pm check-in unless we wanted to pay extra for earlier. We have always had a 2-4 pm check-in nine years using Airbnb. Paying $400 a night made the first night a short one. We did have a relaxing wonderful vacation.

A Place Called Home in The Catskill

We just finished a two month rental of John’s wonderful home. Our family of 5 used the home primarily on the weekends when we were enjoying ski season at Belleayre Mountain. I can’t say enough great things about this home. Our family felt totally at home - every aspect was perfectly maintained and the home maximized comfort. Our favorite part of the home was the great room where we would watch movies on the huge family sofa in front of a crackling fire. It was the perfect way to end a day of skiing. Our kids loved the downstairs family room with the foosball table and there were lots of games to play and keep everyone busy and entertained. And the kitchen is huge and very well stocked with all the appliances you will ever need. So it was a fantastic 2 months and we look forward to renting this property again!
