Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

This is a great location for enjoying the beach. Just a short walk and you are Surfside. The place is cute, comfortable and my son and I enjoyed our mini-surfing vacation. We left a day early only because of stormy weather. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend!

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience! People watching was a blast while sitting on the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't cook, but there are pots, pans, stove etc. I needed to contact Sumathi and she was very friendly, speedy and cordial. We would rent her condo again.

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!
