Probably one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. This is a hidden gem, and seriously worth the money. Walking down the stairs and seeing the valley in front of you with the mountains on both sides is something you'll never get tired of. It really is magical, and a lovely place to just unwind. It's so peaceful, with no other properties in close proximity. You may see a horse or two being ridden by, but apart from that it's just wild horses, goats, cows, incredible birds and total peace. It does get a little bit chilly in the mornings though, so bring some warm clothes! The house itself is spacious, with everything you could need and a good kitchen. Hosts are lovely people too! Thoroughly recommend to all!

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

It’s a very cozy apartment in one of the best locations in Gudauri. The place is very quiet and the views are just incredible. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the balcony. Really enjoyed spending my evenings with a cup of tea there. German is a great host. He answered to all my questions, gave me some advices and travel tips, and was here to help me with every issue that I had. If you want to create the memories that last, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, a room and a lounge in Shattaf in the bathroom( suitable for the Arabs), a few meters away from the restaurants and there is a supermarket in the complex as well as the cable car at the bottom .. The host is very friendly and tries to help you in various ways and is quick to respond 👍🏻

Thanks the host for this brilliant appartment, excellent location, very clean and beautiful flat, comfortable beds and the gorgeous view ❤️ with bottle of wine 🤩🤭 There are markets, restraunts and ski tracks near the building. Recommendations 🫶🏻

Alexei is a great host. we had booked the wrong date and ne was very flexible in letting change it. he helped us finding our way around and was always super responsive to our questions and requests. thank you for your grant hospitality!

Comfortable stay and one of the better priced ones in Gudauri that offered two rooms since a separate bedroom was crucial for us as we were with a baby and a kid. The block is also away from the din and clamour of blaring speakers and loud ski-doos so it’s peaceful and calm and a comfortable short walk to the Gondolas. One of the nicer restaurants in Gudauri - Hee Haw Gastro bar / is also just downstairs when we needed a break from cooking.

Very nice place to live in Gudauri. The lift is close to the accommodation (about 5 minutes by foot). Two grocery stores, currancy exchange, restaurants are located here. Highly recommend. Good location.

Worth it for a big group! Huge place and very responsive host. Host is very friendly and flexible in the check in and check out.

It was great, sleeping on the slope, really close to everything

Nice house, very compact, but everything is in the house, however it is convenient for a company of 4 people. The location from the lift is convenient in 10 minutes, back from the mountain they came on the slope almost to the house, there are restaurants and small shops nearby, you had to take a taxi to the lower Gudauri to the big store. The hostess is very helpful, helped with our luggage before the evening transfer.

Good location and cozy place, near to supermarket and gondola. The host is very helpful, I will choose again if visit gudauri again.
