Very comfortable and well equiped apartment in central Dunedin. Smack bang in the city centre, so great for graduation and other events. Well equiped and modern. Clean and comfortable. Host Sally is a great communicator and responds quickly to questions.

This is a beautiful place to stay - lovely views, great insulation and underfloor heating that kept us warm (even in Dunedin) and our hosts were very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had comfortable sleeping arrangements and anything else we needed, and Rebecca and her family are fantastic hosts. Thanks for the stay!

Great setting only a few minutes walk from St Clair seafront. Clean, well equipped house ideal for Dunedin and surrounding areas. We were lucky to get this at short notice with fast and efficient response from the host after our Company Bay property proved disastrous. Felt right at home. Couple of lovely restaurants and cafes close by and great sea views. Highly recommended.

Buffalo lodge was hands down the most incredible AirBNB I have ever visited. The architecture alone was breathtakingly unique, but the decor inside left us utterly speechless. It showcased the most fascinating collection of art work and memorabilia from all corners of the earth, so much so you could mistake it for a museum. This establishment was beautifully presented, well equipped with everything you could possibly need, clean and tidy, and the beds very comfy and snuggly. Rhona was an amazing host and was there to greet us and gave us a detailed tour. She was also very helpful in guiding us to restaurants and breakfast bars which were all within a very short walking distance. Our only regret is that we should have stayed much longer. We unequivocally and without an ounce of hesitation, highly recommend Buffalo Lodge to anyone wanting a most unique experience.

We really enjoyed staying at Trixies. It was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to Port Chalmers and an easy commute into Dunedin. Great wee spot!!!

Nice property in a convenient location.

The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

Property location perfect for our plans, although be prepared if walking into City Centre it’s uphill on the way back ! Property itself tucked away from road so quiet and private parking included in price. Property was clean and tidy and had majority of what we needed . Only slight criticism was only one large saucepan and baking tray, could do with a slightly better assortment. China and cutlery wise there was plenty and all electrical items worked perfectly.

Came as a large group for the Dunedin Marathon and the place offered everything we needed and more. The units A, B and D were set up with everything we needed in terms of linens, towels and amenities, and allowed us all to get comfortable and enjoy our time in Dunedin. Our host was amazing at helping us sort our large group and was extremely considerate with requests and giving instructions. We have recommended this place to our friends coming down in large groups for future events!

The kids had a great time at the space. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back again when we visit Dunedin 💕
