Condo vacation rentals in Katsushika City

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home. I was here with my three kids, my husband and my mom. It was a perfect place as it was close to my grandmother’s house and in a central location close to Shinjuku station. It really helped that there was a subway station and bus station less a block away! The air bnb was very clean, organized and it was such a cute apartment. Checking in and out was very easy and I always felt safe. Our hosts Kayo and Kiyono were very good at communicating with me from the beginning and they were so helpful and sweet. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much to the super hosts!

Very good place to stay. Close to Shinjuku

We stayed for a week and it was perfect for what we needed from the accommodations. It was clean, the bed and bunk beds were comfortable, and the dining table was great for group meals. There are two toilets which was nice for our group of 4 and the bathrooms were very clean. We were very close to the train station and a walkable distance from Asakusa hot spots like Sensoji Temple. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

Akira & Chacha is a highly recommended place.❤️ Affordable. You will feel homy since all the things you need are there. Extra tables, chairs, and even lots of hangers. We appreciate the additional spots where you can easily hang your clothes, bags, and even place your keys, etc! They have a projector that you can use to watch at night after a very tiring day! Good spot. The spot is also surrounded by LOTS of stores & restaurants. There's grocery where you can buy local foods and other needs. It's better to buy there than 7/11 or Family Mart because it's cheaper there. There's phramacy too! The place is just 3 minutes away from train station, but still peaceful. Very near Shinjuku. Accommodating hosts. They extended our checkout time without us even asking for it. 😍 We will come back to this place when we go back to Tokyo.❤️❤️❤️

Convenient location, clean rooms, very responsive!

Eric's place was located in a quiet area of Shinjuku. There were many good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location is convenient with locations to 3 different subways stations all within walking distance. The place is small but perfect for 2 people.

Such a great stay in an even better location! Very convenient. Comfortable and roomy for our entire group of 9 people. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 8 days and it was my peace over the bustling busy environment of Tokyo. It felt home, it felt warm and the beds are really comfy. I requested a vacuum and they really put one which made me feel at ease as I really want the place to be maintained clean. I love the bathroom it was heaven. I love how they provided detergent for your usage of the washing machine which made me feel bad because I used a lot so I just refilled it again. Overall this was yet my best vacation because of this place, they were really nice and attentive to my questions, you’ll know once you come across Japan’s recycling rules. I love this place it’s not that far to navigate going to central tokyo, and you’ll definitely appreciate the silence and the real japan feels (feeling like a local) when you stay here. It’s all people in Tokyo, shoulder to shoulder at times and then you come home to a less polluted, comfortable and just feels like home place. It’s worth it. Definitely gives you rest.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Location is perfect for anything, less than a 10 minute walk from the Shin-Okubo Station 10 minutes away from Shinjuku or spend time in Okubo with all the Korean restaurants. 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station if you decide to walk. There are stores that sell fresh fruit, meats, and vegetables if you want to cook in the kitchen that already has all the pots and pans provided. Even though the house is in a busy area, once you go into the small street is very quiet and calm. Kasume-san does not disappoint with her responses and the home is spotless. The day of the check in she will probably be there to greet you and go through the house to answer your questions. She showed me how to use the appliances, shower and bathtub (soak in the bathtub 5/5). She will also help you wipe the dirt off the wheels of you luggage, please do that before going into the super clean house. When you check out please clean the best you can Kasume-san puts a lot of effort cleaning the house herself ^_^

It's also a station close to Shibuya and I recommend it if you want to avoid a crazy weekend. There are no convenience stores near Meguro Station, but there are many decent grocery stores, so grocery shopping is fun, and the distance is quiet, so it wasn't difficult to get around. Among the JR lines, it was connected to the Yamanote Line, so it was easy to get around. Communication with the host is prompt and friendly. Thank you!

There is near convenience store , Lazona shopping mall and also JR kawasaki station. At the ground floor there is an Indian restaurant. The smell was good wish to try next time.

Neo place is new, modern, very clean and beautiful. My family of 4 stayed at Neo place for 3 nights and the stay was so enjoyable. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with all necessities for a comfortable stay. My family and I have been in many AirBnB at different countries, and this place is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Thank you Neo for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and provided us with all amenities! We love every single decor that you have in that condo.

Spacious and accommodating place. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the Shibuya scramble and station. Many restaurants and stores at walking distance. The host was friendly and responsive. Would book again.

The area around the accommodation was tidy and comfortable to use. There was a little noise due to the surrounding construction, but it wasn't a problem. It was better to have a place to eat or a hot spring nearby than I thought. It also had the advantage of being close to the station.

A wonderful stay at Akiko's beautiful and well located home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities and accommodations. The home is super close to Sangenjaya Station which is well connected to everywhere you would want to go. Akiko was also super communicative and accommodating which made everything even smoother. Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect being close to many good restaurants, attractions and the train station. The place was meticulously maintained. It was perfect for our first trip to Tokyo and we would stay here again.

Izumi is extremely responsive and helpful. The house is spotless and exactly as described in the listing. It's a comfortable space for two adults and a toddler. The location is also very convenient—just a few minutes' walk from Otsuka Station, with grocery stores, FamilyMart, Lawson, and Aeon all nearby.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! The place was clean and the chairs on the floor were comfortable! It was located about 5 minutes from the station, so the accessibility was good, and there were convenience stores and McDonald's nearby. It's a city that doesn't have a lot of people compared to the downtown area, so I was able to travel leisurely. It was all good except for dragging the carrier up to the third floor and walking up to the third floor, and the soundproofing was not good, so I slept while listening to the man in the next room.

Fantastic location! There are Donki, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. And it very close to the Ikebukuro station. And the host always quick respond and ensure we had everything we needed.
