The apartment is very close to the market, main train station and Galeria, i.e. shopping mall. It's also completely renovated. The kitchen and bathroom floors are heated. In January, it was a real luxury. Katowice is beautiful. There are many really good restaurants in the area, such as Tatiana or Patio.

I loved the location of the house, great views from the window, everything you need is close to the apartment, Monika was very helpful and supportive during the whole stay in the apartment Highly recommended, if I am ever in Katowice again I will choose this apartment!

I stayed in the apartment on the 12th floor with really nice view and absolutely loved it. Everything was very clean and cozy — it felt like home. The apartment had everything I needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. Huge thanks to the host, Agnieszka, for providing the best conditions and for being so understanding and kind. I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Edyta was extremely communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a great, central location—close to the train station, bus stops, malls, restaurants, and shops. The balcony offers a beautiful view. Keep in mind that there is no elevator, so reaching the top floor requires climbing stairs, which may not be ideal for heavy luggage or persons with mobility challenges. Check-in and check-out were flexible, and the apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and features modern appliances and design. Overall, would recommend!

We had a nice stay in the apartment. The location was easy to find, however the parking was a bit difficult, as we couldn't find any available spaces within the apartment complex when we arrived, probably because it's Easter holiday. However, Lukacz was very responsive and gave me helpful instructions to make it easier. The apartment was quite good, and there's a beautiful view from the balcony, especially when it's sunrise. I would gladly choose it again, if I come to Katowice again. Very much recommended.

I really liked the stay, the apartment corresponds to the description and photos on the site. Modern comfortable appliances, great bed linen, plenty of towels and dishes. The balcony has a superb view of the park. For those who like to walk a lot, the location of the apartment is ideal. Walking distance to the city center, museums and attractions. There are many beautiful, well-maintained parks with lakes and seating areas around. In the next house there is a Żabka store, two large supermarkets Auchan and Lidl are 15-20 minutes walk from the house. I really liked the host of the apartment Tadeusz, a responsive, pleasant person in every way, constantly worried about our comfortable stay. We contacted the host quickly and without any problems. I recommend Tadeusz's apartment for living. If possible, we will definitely come again.

Beautiful apartment and great host. Great design of the apartment, you can admire how beautifully everything is done. There is a comfortable kitchen table where you can work with your laptop, plenty of storage space. During our stay, we were visited by parents, enough space for four people, and the closets were empty. The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet, peaceful forest, so if you want to relax and unwind, this place will be perfect for you. The garage in the gated complex is conveniently located, so you don't have to worry about a car. It is also important that the apartment is located in a good district of Katowice. All the infrastructure is within easy reach – walking distance or 5 minutes by car, and the city center is 15 minutes away. I'm also very grateful for Monica's hospitality – we were welcomed as loved ones.
