Vacation rentals with breakfast in Katoomba

came to this Airbnb for a girls weekend with my best friends and it was so beautiful, private, had everything we needed and so many nice touches, fridge had some nice extras which was lovely. we loved our stay! thanks so much

Great character cottage to stay in Katoomba. Just a block or two back from the town centre, close enough but also very quiet. The cottage has a lot of character, is well appointed and clean. Thanks Claire!

Lily's was perfect

A beautiful and cosy property in a very peaceful location. Clean, spacious, well furnished and with a bid of old world charm. Kate was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience staying with this lovely couple. They prepared a delightful homemade breakfast that included fresh juice, jams, and an assortment of other treats. As a vegetarian, I was especially grateful for the care they put into providing me with their delicious homemade sourdough bread, accompanied by fresh fruits and juice. They were incredibly prompt in their replies and always available to help. It was a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples looking to unwind and enjoy a serene getaway..

Communication with Anna was excellent from the time of booking till the day of arrival. check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was exactly as described and depicted in the photographs; an extremely comfortable retreat, beautifully furnished and well equipped. In particular the bed was extremely comfortable, the showers fantastic and we loved the private terrace overlooking the garden. The location is perfect being a short stroll stroll to Leura Mall for food shopping, eating and drinking. We particularly liked the Alexandra Hotel for a drink - a 5 minute walk. Anna made us feel welcome and we would definitely stay again.

The location of the apartment is very good, just next to Penrith Metro station, a few minutes' walk to the shopping center, the house is very clean, the bathroom and bedroom are clean and hygienic, the room facilities are complete, Su's reply is very quick and careful, and we have provided a great help. My friends and I have had a wonderful day here, looking forward to staying next time.

Just had the most peaceful and cozy stay at the Little Hartley Hideout! Nestled on a beautiful farm behind Mount York, this place is a true gem for anyone looking to escape and unwind. The surroundings are stunning, with the valley offering plenty of scenic points and lookouts nearby to explore. The hideout itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were absolutely lovely and so welcoming, even providing us with a delightful continental breakfast. They're definitely super hosts! We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at La Maison Bleue.  The description is very accurate, the space is wonderfully appointed and nothing has been missed, a super comfortable bed, excellent heating with lots of books, games and of course the TV and DVD’s are there as well if interested.  There are many extras that are not in the listing including wonderful baked goods, basic food supplies and any breakfast requirement you might have.  The hosts are incredibly friendly and do the very best to make your stay was perfect as possible.  The access to the main house for the full kitchen facilities is easy and not awkward in any way, however, many people probably would not need to access the main house kitchen as the independent flat is very well appointed as it is! The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, safe and peaceful. The hosts (Isabelle and Bruce) are super friend and very accommodating, they even stayed up to welcome us for a late arrival. Highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic, from the location to the host, to the room and the views were exceptional. It was a very nice touch to have a bottle of red wine awaiting us on arrival.

John & Pauline are warm and generous hosts who made our stay a memorable one. We thoroughly enjoyed the incredible view in their company whilst basking in the afternoon sun before jumping in the spa. Beyond the copious breakfast and delicious snacks it was lovely to get to know them and hear their fascinating life stories. This was the perfect haven of relaxation for us after a day running around the blue mountains.

We were so fortunate to make a very late booking at Martin’s B&B. We stayed in the Loft suite with the most tranquil and picturesque outlook. The position was so close to Wentworth Falls walking tracks that we enjoyed immensely following Martin’s recommendations. My husband and I enjoyed the most hearty of home cooked breakfasts while sitting on our private verandah overlooking the valley below and mountains in the distance. We were so fortunate to see the Blue Mountains in Autumn and would love to return to see this beautiful part of the world in all its Springtime colours. We highly recommend staying at “Valley of the Waters” BnB. It is amazing. Thanks Martin for making our stay so special.

Spacious rooms with beautiful decorations and almost everything we need. Good restaurants within 10min drive. Don and Debbie are always responsive and informative. Staying at their house was really a wonderful experience which made our trip in blue mountains more memorable.

This is a well maintained and well organised studio in Margaret and Roger’s beautifully manicured back yard. Glenbrook is a peaceful and picturesque part of the lower Blue Mountains: perfect for escaping the heat of the city, and a great base for exploring the mountains. Communication was clear and friendly. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Wow! Where to begin. John and Pauline went to extreme links to make sure that I was comfortable and felt right at home in their beautiful Airbnb. They had wonderful communication. The food was beautiful and delicious. Their hospitality was exceptional and it made me feel as if I was visiting my own family. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.
