The Southeast location of the Villa allows you to experience beautiful views along with a breathtaking sunrise. It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. lovely antique furniture room on top of our cottage but totally independent with private terraces and amazing view from in and out to sea and 7 rows of mount othrys!its own kitchen and bathroom and garden shower! Also we r renovating bathroom and kitchen atm and part of the roof and our home entrance exterior which is your way up so new pics very soon!

Great house, very nice spaces with a great balcony for morning coffee. The house was in a very good part of the center, offering easy parking in the neighborhood, quiet and you went very quickly on foot everywhere in the center. The only tiny downside was that there wasn't a pot for cooking. It had 2 deep pans that were a little bigger than the kitchen eyes. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and I would visit it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's place in Skiathos. The apartment is modern, spacious and the view from the apartment and terrace is truly amazing. Furthermore it is located close to Skiathos town but we recommend renting scooters or car for the sake of convenience. Marc is a super helpful, hospitable and nice host who went beyond his means to make us feel welcome and accommodated. Our warmest recommendations!

Emilia’s place was perfect for our short two night stay. The apartment was very cute and nicely decorated. It was in a great location so we could walk easily to locations around Skianthos. The location of the apartment is in a maze of little back paths/ streets and for the new comer somewhat confusing. Emilia arranged for her father to meet us at a central coffee shop to take us to the apartment. He even carried my bag for me! Christine

Just wow. Without a doubt the most beautiful place we have stayed, which was unanimously agreed by our group of 8. The views and surroundings were stunning and Evan couldn’t have been more kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had regular cleans of the whole place, fresh towels and breakfast each morning was a wonderful touch. We cannot wait to come back, 100/10 stay :)

Words can’t describe how incredible the view is from the villa. Every terrace gives another gift of uninterrupted sea views. The rooftop offers a view I will remember forever. The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to unwind. The pool was a great size with plenty of room to do lengths or bob around on a lilo. Once we got the hang of the short drive to town, it was very easy. Roula was lovely and very welcoming, helping us to find the villa and waiting patiently for us. An absolutely five star, spectacular villa that we will certainly return to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were there for three days! Natasha was amazing from the beginning even before we arrived there with amazing instructions and very quick responses! The house is amazing for a big groups of people like we were, big spaces to hang out both in the living room as well as the table to play cards or games. "We are incredibly grateful! Our stay was simply perfect. This trip marked our first visit to Skiathos, where we attended a family wedding. Initially, we were unsure about whether to choose a villa or a hotel. However, we are absolutely delighted with our decision to stay at Serenity Luxury Villa. The villa's proximity to the beach and restaurants, as well as its short distance from Skiathos town, made it extremely convenient. We cannot express enough appreciation to Ira and Lina, who took care of us throughout our stay. They were attentive and made sure everything was running smoothly, from regularly checking in on us to maintaining the pool and providing daily cleaning services. One major highlight for us was the pool's ability to be covered, which was essential as we had a toddler with us. Thanks to this feature, we could relax without any worries. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Skiathos in the future! It was a 5-star experience that exceeded our expectations!
