Cozy house with stunning view to the Aegean.

Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.

The house is built on the top of a cliff situated right above the port offering stunning views of Gavrio and of the sun sinking in the Aegean Sea. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families.
