Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kathisma Beach

Overall this was a great stay. The home was neat and clean. The location was very quiet and it is recommended to go at a slow pace on the smaller roads, all flat, as you approach the home. All of the rooms had A/C which was great. The beds were made everyday and the shower had very good water pressure. This was a pleasant stay.

We had such a lovely time staying here. We particularly loved the beach situated just in front of the property. We would defiantly come back - thank you again to our very helpful host!

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

Maria’s place is the perfect location to enjoy the beach at Agios Nikitas. The sand is 50meters from the door. The apartment is located on the Main Street within easy walk to all the restaurants and Cafes

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

Very beautiful house right on the beach. The location and view are lovely. The house is clean and nice with all the needed facilities. Caterina is really pleasant and helpful host. Our vacation was very pleasant.

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

I definitely recommend staying at the Abuelita cottage if you are coming to Kefalonia, it is absolutely perfect. It has obviously been redone recently to the most incredible standard, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Check in was super easy and the team were really communicative and helpful. The outside area is amazing, lots of seating options in different spots around the house so you can always be in the shade or the sun depending on what you prefer. Finally the location is amazing, a 1min walk into the village with a restaurant and a small shop and then a very short drive to all the beautiful sites of the North of the island. Local sites include Fiskardo with all it has to offer, Magganos with the lovely Picnic cafe and Alias Yard restaurant, and Dafnoudi & Kimilia beaches. I could not recommend staying here more! Don’t hesitate

Excellent place to stay in the cooler hills, quiet, authentic village life. I hired a scooter from Lefkada (25 minutes away) and I could ride quickly to beaches and high hilltops from the accommodation . There are places to eat and drink in the village below that has a square with all Greek offerings and a bakery. The accommodation is not far away from Karya either. Overall I liked it alot. A great room, balcony, simple clean bathroom and basic kitchen in the studio room. AC too! I can recommend it. Thank you

Tremendous stay in this simple apartment with an amazing view over the sea & sunset. My girlfriend and I loved Drimonas and its quiet surroundings. The room has everything you need and Dimitris is a fantastic host, who not only is very reactive but goes out of his way for his guests to enjoy the stay. In short, would absolutely recommend. Minor issues to be aware: bed is not super comfortable and if the house gets hot in the summer both the fan and the AC are noisy. Also a bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pretty much every night. In short, we were hoping to get better sleep in this amazing place, but nevertheless I can't recommend it enough.

We had a great stay at Chris’s apartment. We very much enjoyed the terrace and the view. Chris responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. He also provided a list of recommendations and things to do, which was very helpful. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking but other than that, we had a great time!

Very good accommodation (clean, matches photos, spacious), the host is very kind, responsive and always present for any request or recommendation. I would recommend this place which, to my taste, is perfect for visiting the island. You can go there without a second thought. Thank you!

Spyridon Place is great for a longer stay. You have pretty much everything you need, so you won't miss much. The terrace is spacious, the living room is cozy with a smart TV, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedroom is nice, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and towels. There’s AC in both rooms. The location, at least for us, was great. It’s far from the city center and the crowds/noise, but still walkable (1.5 km to the start of the city center or 2 km to the central square). AB, Sklavenitis, and Lidl are all nearby (a few minutes by car). Overall, it's a place we would recommend to everyone.

Iro's house is in a very quiet location, immediately before the waterfront and harbor, on the inside of the Village. The apartment is part of a large villa with a wonderful garden where you can park your car. The landlady is very kind and helpful, always ready to help if needed. Highly recommended

We were surprised by the village of Vonitsa. Excellent place to walk north south. The village is very good to spend quiet days among locals.

It was great. The place and location of the home are perfect. The host is immediately available for anything we need. Very friendly and warm climate. I highly recommend it!

If there was an Airbnb award for super hosts Konstantinos and his wife would win it multiple times. Their place is amazing, super clean and feels very much at home. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in ever! They were very helpful throughout our stay and we look forward to coming back.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in by far! It was clean, comfortable beds, everything you need was to hand, the view was stunning, the host Nikolas was extremely helpful and friendly! LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

Hi I recommend this place, it's very clean, cozy and it's just like the pictures. Extremely kind and helpful is the landlady. (overall we didn't even see each other, just texting emails) and in no way bothered or annoying us. The location of the apartment is in a very good location everything is 5-10 minutes away on foot. There are no paid parking lots, you can stop where you find a spot(there are quite a few spots)

Thank-you for hosting! We enjoyed our stay in Apolpena. It was just outside Lefkada Town so it had privacy and was peaceful while still being close to many restaurants, attractions etc. The hosts were responsive and helpful!
