Villa vacation rentals in Kata Beach

The place was really wonderful. All amenities were available. The pool was awesome. There were a lot of eateries and shops within walking distance. Me and my family had a great time.

Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Benoit and Iona were great hosts, absolutely amazing. Iona thank you. Iona was so very helpful and responsive whenever we needed advice or suggestions. The place and view is stunning and close to everything. But secluded enough to find so peaceful. Would absolutely recommend and go back. So clean warm and friendly.

This was my second time staying at Frank's villa: It’s absolutely beautiful - a perfect place to relax while exploring Phuket, which is full of adventures and sanuk (fun). The nearest 7-Eleven is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and you’ll also find massage parlors, eateries, ATMs, and more in the area. If you’re not planning to rent a bike or a car, Grab and Bolt are your friends for longer rides (which could take over an hour depending on your destination). For those who want to have a lazy day at the villa, food delivery through Grab or Foodpanda is a great option, letting you enjoy delicious meals without even stepping outside. Everything is brought right to your doorstep with a smile.

If you're looking for a quite, yet kind of fancy place, this is the place to be in Rawai! The villa has everything a person could ask for. 10/10 recommended! The host himself even took the time to have a quick chat with me. Thanks a lot Benjamin and thanks as well to all the crew members that took care of us. See you next time in Phuket!

We had the most amazing time. There were a few snags along the way but both Fred and Ja were quick to help us sort out any issues. We loved the location as it was walking distance to shops, beaches, food, massages and more. Ja was amazing and her personality was so fun. She was wonderful at helping us coordinate transportation. Breakfast in the morning was also a treat that we all really loved. It even got my kids up and out of bed as they did not want to miss it. Thailand is really a special place! We would not hesitate on returning to this location. We found the Grab app very helpful with ordering food in the evening from surrounding areas after we were exhausted from running around all day. Very satisfied with our stay, everything was at the highest level. Special thanks to John for the quick feedback. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a large family, the living room is huge, every day cleaning. The pool is large and deep. The location is very good, close to the main road, nearby shops, massage parlors and cafes, Nai Harn beach is 7 minutes by taxi. We plan to return here in December .

Our stay in the villa was great, location isn’t far (10-20min walk) from some bars, restaurants and shops while also being quiet and secure. It did have beach and bath towels, but no bathroom amenities. We had problem with electricity charge which was resolved with quick and respectful communication from host. Overall I would recommend this place and would come back myself.

This was an amazing stay! The place looked exactly like the pictures and we could easily get in and out. Beautiful spot and we worked with a management team that was fairly responsive. We had to pay for electricity and a late check in fee. Check out is done in person so make sure to account for that in your schedule. Overall, amazing spot and no complains.

We were a family of 6 in total. Olivier was extremely helpful and understood what we would need for two young children in the villa. I highly recommend this villa and everything about Olivier. 10/10.

We had a great time there, it was perfect for us. The villa is just beautiful inside and outside. It has enough space for the whole family and all the things you need to feel comfortable. The area is quiet (except the roosters) and restaurants, massage, supermarket is all in walkable distance. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main street is within walking distance and really has a lot to offer. Kata sea villa’s is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a luxury villa with fantastic views this is the place for you. Had the BBQ cooked for us in the 1st day. Highly recommend it and the service was amazing. To go down to kata beach it is a 5-10 minute taxi ride which is fine for us given kata beach is extremely busy and we wanted somewhere to retreat to.

A fantastic family getaway. We are a family of 11 on holiday for Xmas. The villa was great, clean spacious and modern. Very good size pool which we all enjoyed. Communication with Pia was excellent. Very responsive, and always on hand to help out and share recommendations. The villa is at the top of a hill with lovey views, however could cause a challenge for those with mobility issues, although taxis are always on hand using Bolt or Grab. Thanks Pia and Roger!

Murad’s listing was absolutely bliss. All the pictures match what you get and the pool was stunning. Murad also was an excellent host. Going above and beyond assisting us in booking various activities in Phuket. If you are in Phuket, there is no better place to stay.
