Hello, as already described. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Good location, metro and minibuses can be reached quickly. Bayram is very helpful and is always available if you have questions. The only downside is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. And that the house is not an excerpt. But otherwise a top place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The property itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet it still felt peaceful and private. I particularly loved spending time on the balcony which was the perfect spot to relax with an amazing view after a day of exploring. The host was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, communication was smooth and friendly. They provided detailed instructions for check-in, offered great local tips, and were always quick to respond to any questions. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their quests experience! I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Good experience, I will book it next time. Value/money and the view to the sea! I like the location as it is closed to the running/walking path along the seaside. Parking was not always easy, but manageable to find (up to 5 walking minutes away). I saw bus stop, but did not use - cannot judge. Next to the house there is to a shopping mall, if you need something, lots of restaurants, for the grocery shopping better use delivery service, though there is a (expensive) supermarket in the mall. Internet connection was stable to work, but it is not suitable for the remote work as only has a small tea table. We had a little hiccup with the entrance magnet card, but our host sorted out it quickly with the security team. Note: read carefully description: things which are not listed are missing, do not assume it is there (like clutter and toilet paper), though it would be good to include it. Gym is 20 EUR for 1 time.

Ms. Kiana is a good host who is easy to communicate and quick to help in case of need. Thank you to him. If we come to the apartment, I think it has a very nice vibe. It's a great experience to lie in bed and watch Netflix or YouTube in the projection. You can also lie on the seat by the window and watch the sea view. Since I couldn't see the modem, I connected the projection device with the hotspot to my phone's internet, it wasn't a problem for me. It had a large terrace, but I couldn't use it because it was under renovation, but I wouldn't use it because it was rainy the day I went. It will be very pleasant when it is turned on for use, especially in nice weather. Enjoying the jacuzzi on the terrace can feel nice. There is parking for the vehicle outside the building. In summary, a pleasant apartment, the biggest pros are the projection device, the view, the terrace and the comfortable bed. The host also made everything go smoothly. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay. It’s peaceful compared to the other areas I stayed in. Mehmet is very helpful and fast to reply. The views are awesome. Majority of what you need is within walking distance. The main mall/plaza is less than 2 minutes away in a taxi, driving back is like 8-10 mins due to the route. I stayed for 2 weeks, overall I am pleased with everything. I would recommend it and stay here again. The views are unbelievable.

you can reach Kadıköy from there with a great m4 in terms of location. There was a grocery store, greengrocer, patisserie, etc. around where you can meet your needs. The room was clean and tidy, it was exactly the same as in the visuals. Only the jacuzzi is a little small. If we come again, our experience is clear. I recommend it to everyone

Ezgi communication was excellent, always replying within minutes on the morning we left, my husband left his bag in the apartment, Ezgi sent someone round to let us in and get it within 20 minutes so we did not miss our flight

Apon arrival I was given clear video instructions on how to enter and exit the building. Apartment was clean when I arrived, matched the description. Overall enjoyed my stay here. If I had any questions or concerns (I was new to the country) I’d Message and get a response within 10mins everytime. Local shops and restaurants! Good internet! Whole building was clean! Can order food to the room, which was helpful! If I were to be fussy I’d say the Only fault is there’s a slight noise 24/7 due to the road but nothing to lose sleep over. Though for the location this is expected. Lastly, to the very helpful host I’d suggest having a welcome pack. Eg some cheap snacks and bottled water. Coming from the UK at first I wasn’t sure to do. But I soon asked for assistance and was reassured with recommendations of where to shop. I would go back to this place. Thought the price was reasonable.
