Vacation rentals with a pool in Karon Beach

Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Stayed here to train at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA was perfect! Aree was an amazing host. Very responsive. Will be looking to stay here again soon!

What can I say.. Michael’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, quiet but yet a 5-10 minute walk to the main hassle and bustle. Kara beach only 10-15 minutes a walk. The villa its self is amazing packed with everything you need for your stay. Cleaner cane I twice during our stay along with he pool guys cleaning the pool.! Michael was the perfect host helped us with tickets to the water park and taxis. I cannot fault him or his villa one bit I would highly recommend and we would love to stay again! Thank you for giving us an amazing holiday villa!

Beautiful villa, large enough for our group of seven and walkable to Kamala Beach. Very clean and modern unit that was accurately depicted by the listing. The private pool provided a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The staff was flexible, responsive, and always willing to help! Note the additional fee for utilities.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Perfect place with a perfect location. Bibi (the hostess' cute name😌) was very kind, welcoming and always helpful. If you, like me, read reviews and are repulsive to book or not, then believe me, the answer is unambiguous - to book! Relatively many times I rented a place on AIRBNB and this is one of my best finds. Unfortunately, it was only possible to come for a week, I hope to return here for a longer year! :) P.S on the territory of the hotel there are two cats and one of them has a bell on their neck and they constantly meowing, perhaps for someone it will be important, sometimes interfered with sleep ))

This place was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, safe, and extremely family friendly. Lupthawit was incredibly proactive and gave clear directions and recommendations of things to do. I would definitely stay here again!

It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local dining scene. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This villa have everything you need and even more for a comfortable stay. Bath towels, beach towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, safes, hair dryers (in each room), disposable hygiene items, all kitchen tools that may be needed for cooking - pans, pots, plates of various sizes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kitchen appliances (except for the dishwasher); tea, coffee, sugar. Regular room cleaning, change of towels and bed linen, replenishment of drinking water, cleaning of the pool and garden. Villa itself matches the photo, the furniture is new, clean, air conditioners are working in every room, TVs in every room, excellent Internet. Big pool (10x4m) is deep enough, we just didn't want to get out of it! The villa is located in a quiet village, a 20-minute walk from the main street and 30 minutes to the beach, nearest store - 5-10 minutes. It is also possible to get to the beach by tuk-tuk every hour, completely free of charge! Perfect place to stay! Thank you to all Himmapana staff!

We stayed at Beatrice’s home over the EDC 2025 weekend and it was great! The check-in fuss free thanks to Beatrice! We had Khun, the housekeeper, who was attentive to our needs. She quickly furnished us with hairdryers at our request and replaced the water dispenser One problem we had, that is none of Beatrice’s fault, is that the road that the villa is built on is constantly congested in the day. Travelling in and out of the area by car was near impossible, thus, we board bike-cabs to take us wherever we had to go.

It was a good stay. Everything as in the picture. Facility is a bit old but still useable and kept in good condition. Location is good with nice restaurants nearby. We also ordered car rental through support staff which was an add on service

Both the host and the local house manager and staff were very responsive and helpful We used the inhouse chef service for breakfast and dinner and it was a very nice experience with excellent food House is on a hill top so a car and or taxis will be required but that is no problem and not so expensive The house is located very close to kamala beach a town with very nice vibes and very family friendly beach. other beaches like surin and patong are not far and also the Phuket FANTASEA and carnival are very close by Great house with many rooms for 2 families or group of friends excellent service .

The perfect tropical villa! Well designed, has everything you need to feel comfortable. Close to Nai Harn beach. Really didn't want to leave. Recommended.
