I had the pleasure of staying at this charming place in Agra for two nights, and it was truly a memorable experience. The place itself was cozy and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed and tasteful décor that added to the homey vibe. The Living opened up to a beautiful garden, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all the essentials, including jacuzzi , which was a welcome feature after a long day of exploring. The location of the villa is also ideal. It's a short drive from the Taj Mahal and other major attractions in Agra, yet tucked away in a quieter area, providing a peaceful escape from the usual tourist crowds. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful Villa. It’s perfect for those looking for a more personal and authentic stay in Agra, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We spent 2 nights at the flat a few days ago. The flat is very spacious, clean & has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There were 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All bedrooms had an external balcony, so overall the flat felt nice and airy. Thelocation is in the outskirts of Agra, but just 10 min car ride to the Taj Mahal - via a straight road, so very easily navigated. This worked well for us, as early morning and late night viewing of Taj for us went smoothly due to the proximity. Every bedroom had clean bedding, extra blankets, towels, heater, etc. that could have been needed by the guest. The beds were v. v. comfortable. There was a fully functional kitchen with chimney, fridge, gas, microwave, toaster, and all utensils which could be needed for basic cooking/heating. All the provided appliances were very clean and worked perfectly. We felt safe and secure. Plus the hosts were v. responsive to queries and helpful with suggestions.

The property is absolutely excellent, and it's clear that Ms. Sunita and Mr. Benji take great care in maintaining it. The house was incredibly clean and neat, which made our stay so comfortable. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. It’s a perfect spot for families and kids. Our children had a blast and felt right at home. The location is unbeatable, with the world-famous Taj Mahal just a short distance away. This proximity made our trip extra special, allowing us to easily visit this iconic landmark. It was a great stay. Very spacious place with a private roof. Anjali, the manager was always responsive.

There are very few places which feels like home and very few people who are good human beings! derran and fam are one of them! such special place such great people! would recommend this to everyone who wants to be at a place where you would exactly feel like home! you guys have my heart and this is going to be my place for every staycation at agra!

Very peaceful stay. Host was responsive. Bathroom fittings were old, would be nice if they were renovated. Location is really good, just opposite to the mall, well connected, close to Taj Mahal.

The House is located in a very nice and quiet place. The market is within walking distance. The host and caretaker are very helpful.

Great place! good location, felt safe in the gated community. Good restaurants nearby yonorder food. Great response time by the host. The sofa bed was as comfortable as the bed and 2 bathrooms were ideal for 4 people. Nothing bad to say. Clean, nicely maintained new property.
