Linmer’s place has always been my go-to stay whenever I visit Pagadian. Everything matches the description perfectly—the place is clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised. The owner is very proactive and communicates well, and the caretaker is just as accommodating and responsive. I can definitely vouch! I’ll stay again when I visit. :)

My mom didn't want to travel far on her birthday but at the same time, I wanted her to spend it in a different environment. It was my priority to make her feel comfortable. I found this listing online and got interested because the place was decent in the eye. It was also near our home. Although it was only a few hours and we didn't get to spend the night because we decided to go home, Jennibeth was still kind in allowing me to host a simple intimate birthday dinner at her place. Thank you Jennibeth for the accommodation, you're such a wonderful host and I truly love the place. It was not short of what she described. My mom enjoyed her birthday and we got to spend it with the family conveniently and peacefully without having to leave the city. I highly recommend the place to anyone who's looking for a short weekend getaway, solo or with company. It's a good place to relax if spending time in peace is something you do to restore. Thank you!

This was a terrific getaway and was conveniently located close to everything we needed, including Jollibee within easy walking distance. Cicelia was an excellent host—always responsive, helpful, and incredibly nice. The space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The WiFi was reliable and fast. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pagadian City. Cicelia's hospitality made our stay extra special, and we look forward to returning in the future!

The place was very private though not recommended for elderly because has to climb stairs.. I hope you will remember to place mirror in the room.. Williard was very facilitating and welcoming. Thank you so much for Puto maya, pandesal and coffee in place of complimentary breakfast.

I booked this place for my Aunt and sis-in-law for a quick 3 day trip around the area. According to them, the place was very easy to find, it is also close to almost everything in the city. The place and the room is clean as well. If I visit Pagadian myself in the future, I am definitely booking this place again for myself.

Best place to stay at Pagadian! Super smooth ng stay namin! Highly recommended!

My family and I were happy with our stay. Hot and cold shower was working, bed and pillows are very comfortable. How I wish there were pots and pans and kitchen utensils so we can cook something for breakfast. Anyway, what matters most was the comfortability, parking, hot and cold shower and the amazing fast wifi. Thank you Kassandra.

The place was nice and clean. Peaceful din ang place. Ms. Kassandra also is a great host, very attentive and responsive. The place is walking distance lang sa plaza which is good. Thank you for accommodating us. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.
