The rental went great with quick pickup, the instructions are very clear and the host offers activities to discover the region (scooter ride, horse, canoe, etc.). In addition, I was able to join the listing 20 minutes after booking👍. Clean place, with a beautiful pool and impeccable staff. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice house, opposite the river, ideally located in Mar lodj. Ousmane the caretaker is very nice, good advice and offers great walks! He offers his canoe to go to ngangan which makes it easy to get to the house! Two restaurants nearby that you have to think about booking in advance (because the village is far away)! A big favorite for xavier's restaurant, a great discovery!

Alioune's house is a lost haven of peace on the island of Mar lodge. Located a few minutes from the pier, Alioune's restaurant and airbnb will allow you to recharge your batteries amid the birds and mangroves of Sine-Saloum. The place is totally in line with the photos and everything you need was there. Alioune is super welcoming and welcoming. It's a person who deserves to be known. He knows the area very well and will be able to provide you with all the directions you need. In order to make the local economy work, it also offers cart and canoe towers of the island, in partnership with other locals. But Alioune's highlight is her kitchen. Super passionate chef, just talk kitchen to see stars appear in his eyes. Feel free to take a class with him to learn the tricks of your favorite Senegalese dish!

Nicolas's place has a good value for the money. The location is perfect, peaceful but very close to everything there is to do and see in Toubacouta. The layout of the room is simple, but sufficient. The bathroom/WC is perfect. Ousmane is very friendly, present and concerned about whether everything was okay. But it is also discreet. Only small point to improve, the kitchen common to both homes. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Go there without a second thought! We were already expecting something great, but when we arrived…. It was even more beautiful!! Everything was clean, spotless, with great hosting from Aliou who came to pick us up. And above all a big thank you to our host Suzon who was impeccable throughout our stay: always available, friendly and who also organized an activity for us. Malick is a very nice host. The space was extremely clean when we arrived. The inner courtyard is nicely laid out and it's never too hot between the coconut trees, even during the day. The bedrooms are equipped with screens and a fan. Every room has a private bathroom. Water outages are common in the area, but there are large tanks in each bathroom. The terrace is covered and mosquitoes are not a problem, even at night, thanks to scented spirals. The house is in a good location. There is a shop around the corner and a good restaurant across the street. Not far away, there is a small supermarket where you can easily find what you need. The harbor is easily accessible by foot or with the many taxis that pass along the main street.
