During and after the booking process, Peter communicated swiftly and effectively. He arranged for our pick up from Krabi airport and drop off to our next destination near Krabi Town. I left my Apple Watch at the property and Pete very kindly personally posted it back to me. The location is perfect, quiet and creating a sense of being in the jungle, yet only 5 minutes from the local store and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches. I hope to return and do not hesitate to recommend the apartment.

This spotlessly clean house was exactly what we were looking for. Located a short walk from Old Lanta town, it was peaceful and set over the water, it made for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. Jennifer was amazing! The details of the house and locality were personally explained to us on arrival. She organised pick up from Saladan and our motor scooter hire. Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in ever! The coolest house, comfortable bed! So many fans so you won’t get hot, a beautiful balcony over the water, hot water! And sometime a cute cat comes to visit! Wish I could’ve stay forever! 10/10 very happy

We had a great stay! Not only was the bungalow great, but also Sara and Matteo were great hosts. Not only did they help us arrange transportation to and from the place, but they also helped us rent scooters. We would definitely stay again!

The Perch Villa is an absolute dream. We loved staying there. The responsiveness of Jan was great. She helped us with transportation, scooter rent, restaurants and also transfer to our next hotel. She really did a great job. Unfortunately (and Jan was sorry about it) there is a big construction work next to the Villa, so at daytimes there were some loud noises. And also the construction workers were on the same level as the bedroom and the pool (so a little less privacy). The views are great! Would definitely recommend staying there!

Our days in KoLanta were unforgettable. Everything worked out from the first to the last day and we totally enjoyed our stay at ChabaHouse. It is a very simple fisherman's house with a very comfy bed and a wonderful, warm shower. The large veranda with the two hammocks and the view of the sea and the rising sun in the morning are incredibly beautiful. Right in the neighborhood it has only fishermen and other locals. It's a dive into another region in the world that is so different and yet we felt at home and just comfortable from the first moment to the last. Of course, what makes the whole stay a five-star hotel is the housekeeper Sereena and her family, who just takes care of everything. You get the most delicious food in the whole city, a flawlessly working scooter, and lots of helpful information.

Excellent stay at No's. The place was perfect and perfectly matched the descriptions No is the perfect host, she found us scooters easily, a 4 island tour perfectly organized for a great rate. Really a great stay thanks to No and its very beautiful house

The apartment was great for a two-person stay, we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is well located, close to restaurants and the beach. Pete was a great host. He arranged a ride for us from the port as well as a scooter rental. Pete was always available and very accommodating.

Mon and Maayan are super welcoming and lovely people. We stayed here for 5 days with our 7 month old daughter and it was an extremely exciting and sensory experience with wave noise, wind, high tide / low tide. I had to get used to the sounds at night/morning, so would recommend a minimum of 3 nights here. There is no a/c, but very strong natural wind as well as a tab, and it works fine. However, we got a lot of mosquito bites, but that's just how island life is, even though it can look violent on a baby. If you're traveling with baby, bring a mosquito net. The baby bed that was available worked great. The cooking class was also amazing! Definitely recommended.
