Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kane County

We had such an amazing stay here for a combined trip to Zion and Bryce. The central location was perfect for both parks, but above all, Kellie truly thought of everything. There were so many touches throughout this fantastic rental and we truly felt taken care of. Would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed here because it was central to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect place to stay -- clean, big kitchen, laundry/dryer, and a designated parking spot right outside. Would definitely stay here again when we're back in Kanab!

Great place to stay in a beautiful part of the country!

This place was perfect for us. A small house with enough room for the two of us on our trip. Perfect amenities, beautiful view, and the host was responsive to messages immediately. Heads up, in case it doesn't get fixed...when AirBnB sent our confirmation, it listed it as being in Kanab, which is half an hour away. This was zero the fault of the hosts, and strictly on AirBnB. The check-in message had the correct address of Glendale, so make sure you go to the right city, or your Wendy's will be cold by the time you get there! We would recommend this place to anyone!

Colorful, comfortable, clean, cozy cottage. Great quiet location just a block from the lovely downtown and community rec center. A lovely adventure base camp for our daily excursions. Super dog friendly house and yard for our furry family members.

Deborah went above and beyond to welcome me and my dad during our trip to Zion. She was easy to communicate with, gave some great recommendations to assist with our trip planning, and quickly responded to messages. What really sets her apart is her hospitality - I had shared with her ahead of the trip that we were celebrating a special birthday for my dad and she left some birthday party supplies and treats for our arrival. My dad was really touched! The cabin itself was spotless, well-stocked, and very comfortable. It's very private and quiet - the perfect place to escape for some solitude and a great basecamp when exploring Zion NP, Bryce Canyon, or the variety of parks and sights in the area. The views from the house are amazing and we got some great photos of the stars. The next time I come out to explore the area, I will definitely be staying at Deborah's again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to Zion, Bryce, and Page—making it the ideal home base for exploring these incredible destinations. The house itself was wonderful, especially the spacious and cozy living room where our group spent a lot of quality time together. We absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub after long days of adventure and gathering around the bonfire in the evenings. This beautiful home truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to the area!

Bob and Astras place was great. The place was bigger than we expected and we got to meet Bob and he was a great and very accommodating host. I hope we get to stay there again.

Adams place is a great place to stay if your is to explore Page and Utah area. There is sooo much open land with hikes and views. The place was cozy and had everything to chill relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Adam was good at communicating and it was so easy to check in and out. Thanks

We had a wonderful time at Evan's place, very spacious, quiet and lovely place. Evan has a great binder with many things to do. Evan was kind to recommend places, and had great communication.

We were so impressed with the this studio apartment!! We have honestly never seen one that was so clean upon arrival!! It was immaculate!! We also had a unique special need that came up that we didn’t account for in our planning that Betty and Jeremy went out of their way to make it possible for us to make it work out!! We really appreciated their accommodation and hospitality!! We’re interested in coming back with a larger group!! Thanks Betty and Jeremy!!

The Flagstone Boutique was exactly what we were looking for during this visit. It was located very conveniently to everything we needed in town and for traveling. We had our pets with us, and it was indeed pet friendly. We will stay here again if passing through...

For our first time in Kanab and wanting to be central to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon, this was the perfect base. Definitely would stay here again to explore the many other parks in the area. It was great to be able to have a fridge and microwave to do our own meals and pack lunches for our park excusions. Shower had wonderful water pressure and bed was very comfortable. The nearby grocer is within walking distance and had a great deli for quick healthy meals as well as an affordable taco stand.

Dave’s place was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked and fully supplied. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. We would have enjoyed staying longer; there were many activities available. The area around Red Rock Hacienda was beautiful. We enjoyed the town of Kanab and the scenic drives to and from the parks we visited. We came to Dave’s place after visiting the Grand Canyon, but we were still awed by the beauty in Southern Utah. Our three night stay allowed us to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, plus the Valley of Fire state park (NV) on our way back to the airport. Dave was an attentive and helpful host when we needed something. We appreciated his advice about the surrounding area, where he has much experience. We highly recommend Red Rock Hacienda.

Beautiful log cabin apt nestled in Alton, convenient between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Very clean, private and quiet. Perfect location for stargazing! All amenities supplied. Comfortable bed and radiant heat floors. Great host and truly a gem!!

Great place and perfect location! The only downside was that some of the dishes were not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Liz's. The home was warm and inviting. Everything was as described- we made good use of the hiking poles! We felt safe and comfortable. Liz was great about responding quickly when we reached out. The town of Kanab is nice. We hiked The Wave (about an hours drive away) and then proceeded to Zion. Liz's place was a great middle point. If we come back, we will def stay there again! Thank you.

Affordable, nice place to stay while exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and there were spices and other pantry items available. It was great that dogs were allowed as well.

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

We all (6 adults, no kids) loved Kari's place. Spacious, spotlessly clean, unbeatable location. 45 minutes to Zion NP and 1 1/2 hr to Bryce NP. We could literally walk to grocery market, restaurants, etc... in town. The garage easily fit our rental Chrysler Pacifica minivan. So much space for all of us. And Kari is the best host in my opinion. Our GPS took us to the wrong road, and we totally lost at one point. Kari called back in less than 5 minutes after I messaged her, and she calmly, patiently guided us to the house. We were all thankful and impressed with how Kari communicated with us. And she always responded promptly throughout our stay. My cousins from Germany commented that Kari's place was one of their best airbnb they'd ever stayed, and we all agreed.

Excellent townhouse in a newer complex. Very clean, smart bathroom arrangement, laundry very convenient. You do need to bring your own cooking supplies and coffee (only salt, pepper, sugar provided) as well as any personal care products (shampoo, lotion etc). Hand soap, detergent and dishwasher pods are supplied. Pool and hot tub right across from the patio is a great amenitiy.

Loved the stay and is close to many things to see.
