Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Kandal Province

Highly recommend first time visitors to reserve this Airbnb. Great location walking distance to the nightlife & it’s a guest friendly place.

We loved our stay. Everything was great.

The space is very good and the amenities is nice. The location is walking distance or short tuktuk ride away to tourist places and good restaurant. My only complain would be the communication with the host since they don't understand my questions or queries well. Other than that, I would still recommend and would book again.

The room was very modern and accurate. It was initially hard to find in the evening but the staff there helped us check in. Upstairs bathroom could use a bit more privacy. Overall, worth the price and it's close to Capitol bus station

I loved this place! The family was so kind, room comfy and private, communication really fast and helpful. The neighbourhood is fantastic as well. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Phnom Penh.

My stay at Thong's place was very good. His communication was excellent, his family and him were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and very well stocked (it even had toothpaste, soap, cooking oil, full kitchen utensils etc and when I asked for a fan for the bathroom he courteously brought one for me), the location was very good, on this street are a lot of trees so even during the day the room was not hot. Super easy check-in and check-out, comfortable bed, I can't ask for anything more, I would stay again. Very happy with my stay here. Thanks Thong!

Leakhana and her family made me feel comfortable from the start. The home feels grand. My favorite part of the home is the patio where guestrooms are. l am more convinced after my stay Pochentong is one of Phnom Penh's better residential communities. Wish Leakhana all the very best.

Great host. Nice place and location

My second time visiting phnom penh, i dont want to try another accommodation so i came back here. I stayed in a different room this time but the experience still great. The room itself is very huge, very clean. The style is localist, not too fancy, not too elegant but it just like how local love to live but yes the atmosphere is very enjoyable. If anyone seeking for a budget place, try this one. I really like how the room is on the ground floor which make me easy to access in/out 24/7. But fyi, the room dorsnt have windows, but still everything else is nice.

Many good restaurants in the area. A wide variety of types and ethnicity . Big fresh market close by and less than 1 km to Russian Market

The apartment is fully furnished, except a washer, and has all the equipment needed. Getting there is easy and late check-in easy as well. The building is modern. The bed is very comfortable and the aircons work perfectly fine, nice and spacious bathroom. Supermarkets and coffee shops just next door, as well as a very decent modern gym. The location is pretty quiet. Although, families living on the same floor can be pretty noisy, especially in the morning.

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Great location! Max value is in a walking distance. It's easy to travel by Tuktuk. The security guard and the management officers are really nice. If you need something, you can always contact the host :)
