Gorgeous rooms, pool, and very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. The food is great & drinks a very reasonable price! Staff are very friendly & helpful & the location, although a little out of town, is very easy to get about from with either a moped (which you can rent on site) or tuk tuks through Grab. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

What a great stay!! Lovely pool, and location. (Walking distance to beaches). Very good room cleaning every day! The staff is great and helpful. They can arrange or advice all you want from scooters, transport etc. We came for 2 nights and we stayed 4 because it will be hard to find this level on KoRong.

The accommodation is a bit in the countryside, but not isolated, there are spaced houses around. The balcony is really nice, and allows you to observe the activities of the neighborhood, the animals (chickens, cats, dogs...) that walk around, the daily life of the neighbors, the view of the mountain and it's nice. Patrick is responsive to requests (scooter rental, bus booking etc.). That's it, when everything goes smoothly, what more can you say.

Bird of Paradise is a great place to stay in Kep. Secluded, yet only a 5 minute walk to the Crab market and a huge choice of restaurants. Of which, Stephen’s recommendations were spot on. Excellent meals. Breakfast was lovely, and delivered to our verandah to enjoy. Fresh bread, eggs, bacon, fruit and yoghurt. Super Kep beach is a $2 tuk tuk ride and is worth a mornings beach work! Stephen and family could not have been more helpful, even booking our onward travel for us, taking all the hassle out of the situation.

this oasis is a bit secluded from the centre and you probably won’t leave it again once arrived. nice design, well maintained, great pool, friendly staff. the beds and its linens are a dream! our daughters didn’t want to leave. we had to bribe them with a promise to go to a better place… which was simply a white lie! highly recommend!!!

We were only supposed to stay here for 1 night. We saw how beautiful the place was and how much there was to do and ended up staying a second night! Patrick and co were amazing hosts, super friendly and had good recommendations. We had breakfast brought to the room which was outstanding! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Steve was a really great host, gave us recommendations & helped arrange transport, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, the area is very peaceful and beautiful. Extra points for the adorable rescue kittens. Highly recommend!

Very nice resort with multiple facilities. Nice natural pool and comfortable relaxing area. Spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and sunning deck. Massages available for reasonable costs. Gym and table tennis are also available. Restaurant with excellent local cuisine as well as excellent pizzas, burgers, salads, etc. Food is prepared freshly as it takes its time to arrive but the taste makes up for that easily. Hobbit huts are comfortable for sleeping. They are not very spacy but you will spend most of your time there outside anyways. Fantastic place I would definitely come back to and recommend.
