I could not ask for any more from a host, Thodoris was so passionate about his job, adaptable, friendly and caring. Kalymnos, for me, is an utterly beautiful island. To stay in this property felt like luxury to go with it. As soon as the door is closed you feel like you’re in your own little world. It couldn’t be cleaner and fresher. The view from the 2 balconies was stunning and I cannot wait to go back. Thodoris will go out of his way to ensure a relaxing stay with anything and everything you need. We stayed with four friends in April, very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and pleasant house. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped and clean. Everything you might need in the house is easy to find and at the bottom. We had a very enjoyable weekend. I don't think I could look for another place as long as it was available on my next visits. If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

Super nice contact, cool appartement with an awesome view over city and countryside. The large terrace and a grill round up a place I can highly recommend.

We stayed with 9 People in Niki’s House, the space was great but the placement of the beds in the living room is not ideal but manageable. :) Niki was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the house and the Pool.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

The house is beautiful and it has the best view of the city. It’s equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry and very close to some local restaurants and supermarkets Mmm Migros is only 3 km away Ali was very nice and responded quickly to all our needs I will be happy to come back to such a beautiful place

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

We have been 9 days in Patmos Eyes and it has been a wonderful experience. We have always felt at home and very grateful to Marietta who is always there to help and make your stay more than pleasant. The whole experience is not only based on a wonderful villa but on the never- ending details that is amazing host pays attention to. Villa del mar far exceeded our expectations. Peace and quiet 5 minutes scooter away from the busier parts of the island. Private beach at the end of the garden and all the amenities we could have dreamt of. Morning swim, read in the sun in the hammock, lunch in the shade - perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything has been thought through really well. George speaks perfect English and is extremely helpful and kind. The lovely couple who attended to the house regularly was extremely thoughtful, discreet and efficient. We will be coming back!

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

The place was amazing for the kind of stay we were looking for. They offered more than what we had imagined while we were there and were also extremely helpful in recommending places for us to go to, make the bookings as well as organise groceries and taxis. Would most definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay there again in the future myself.
