Nilmini was so helpful, attentive and accomodating! We also really appreciated her attention to details, like bottled water in the fridge, fresh soap, towels and linens, and toilet paper. The caretaker Jagath was also very attentive and gave us lots of space.

We had a great stay! The room was very good—newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well thought-out. The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and their hospitality really stood out. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to others!

It was one of the most wonderful vacation trips. We had a vacation with my husband and two children aged 11 and 16. The owner of the Dharshana house is a magnificent man. He was always in touch and answered all questions. The house is located almost on the shore of the Indian Ocean in 1 min walk. All the amenities were available. All necessary household appliances are present in the house. Especially the washing machine helped us out, as children often dirty things and they could be quickly refreshed. Dharshana and his wife were very kind and welcoming. In addition, they organized a trip for my family to the elephant nursery and the nine-arch bridge, we visited the highest waterfall and got acquainted with monkeys. The children were delighted. Our family has become friends with Dharshana and his wife and we continue to communicate. We are glad that we have friends in Sri Lanka and we will definitely come back to them again.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We spent 10 days at this nice apartment and we liked it very much. The location had easy access to transport and very secure and private. Irantha provided great hospitality and was very helpful with all our requirements during the stay. Cinnamon apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at this property—everything was absolutely perfect in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very secure throughout my visit. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, it’s important to note that the location is not actually in Bentota, but rather in a nearby suburb. While it’s still relatively close, it may not be ideal if you’re specifically looking to be in the heart of Bentota. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn’t offer much in terms of activities or attractions, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to explore the local scene. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind—just be aware of the actual location when booking.

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided outstanding service, making us feel so welcome. The highlight of our trip was definitely the boat ride—a must-do experience with breathtaking scenery. The breakfast was brilliant, adding the perfect touch to our morning. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Esta. It was very spacious & the staff were wonderful, & very helpful. The chef was also very good & made some delicious Sri Lankan meals as well as some light meals when requested. We had a lovely dinner on the beach on our last night. The beach was very clean & my children enjoyed surfing lessons right in front of our villa. We enjoyed visiting some local tourist spots too. The whole experience was above expectations.
