River House was a great place for our get-together. We enjoyed our stay. Mr. Justin did a fantastic job keeping the place clean and tidy. The backyard was the perfect spot for relaxing and chatting.

The place was amazing. Things were squeaky clean. The house was accommodating of our needs. Although at night going to the house becomes a little scary because of the secluded location. But the place is private and very serene. The location is unbeatable. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you're having second thoughts.

Eldho’s home was a perfect deal for the price we paid. We had an event to attend at kollenchery so this place was quite near to that. The house seems newly built and therefore is spic and span. The caretaker and eldho both were very responsible, almost a call away, although eldho doesn’t live here. This is a perfect home for a get away, the location is serene, it is a quiet place with spacious rooms and dining area. There is a close market to this place. Only a few suggestions to kindly equip the kitchen with some basic things like tea, sugar, basic masala and coffee preps. The bedrooms need thin quilts as only Bedsheets to cover up have been provided and during AC those aren’t enough. There are many lizards, so some sort of a repellent can work to keep them out. Overall the place is a great deal for any group, it is spacious, clean and beautiful and really good for the price that you pay. The owner is very responsive and quick to solve your query. Will surely recommend to others!

Benny and the caretaker Jose Harshal are absolute professionals. The instructions they provide was clear-cut. The place is neat and tidy, also the host was responsive and friendly and always there to help. I particularly like the way Jose communicated and helped me checkout as per my flexibility. I'll be recommending the place to my network. 🙏

The stay was really nice and we had an amazing time there. We enjoyed the play area at the Terrace and the party speakers were pretty nice as well. The pool was a bit small compared to what we had expected. In overall, the stay and people wear wonderful!!

The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.

We had a wonderful stay at Manjeet’s place while attending the KREEPA Expo at Adlux. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating our entire team. Manjeet and his family were exceptional hosts, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even provided an additional bed to ensure everyone was comfortable, which we truly appreciated.
