I stayed for a week, and this has been one of my very top Airbnb experiences. This listing is perfectly suitable for women traveling alone for work trips or small families too. All the amenities are provided and the view from the window is serene. Easy to access, you'll get food delivered easily via Zomato right at the door. Terry sir also arranged for breakfast items kept in fridge because I specifically asked about milk etc before my arrival. He even refused to take payment for the items stocked in fridge and what he provided lasted for the whole stay. He is extremely sincere person, and very considerate too. The house is all to yourself, which is a peaceful experience in itself. We get ola or uber easily at the entry of the apartment complex easily. The wifi connection was very good and I could attend meetings online easily. location is very near to KIMS hospital. Overall this is perfect place for work trips and it's easily accessible by taxi or auto. I recommend wholeheartedly!

The villa was excellent. Very clean. Safe, and on the beach. We enjoyed our Thiruvananthapuram vacation. The caretaker, Vincent was helpful and available for check-in and check out. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back again!!

The property was impeccably clean, and exuded a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location was another plus. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, the homestay offered easy access to Thampanoor Railway station and Trivandrum's attractions like the Pazhavangadi temple, Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Attukaal temple. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the host: Shaly. Detailed instructions passed on before our visit made things easy, offering travel tips, suggestions on good restaurants etc in TVM. Their warmth and friendliness made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this homely stay to anyone visiting Trivandrum .It's the perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and excellent hospitality. I look forward to returning on my next trip.. Thankyou so much for giving us an option to even extend our stay for couple more hours, for a hassle free travel plan back home.

family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

Wonderful stay at Abraham’s place. Jerry was super responsive for everything. Also accommodating all requests promptly. I would recommend it for a comfortable stay in Trivandrum.

There is so much to tell about this place! First all, the hosts are really your local guide. they are a great family and checked on us personally as we have senior citizens in the group. the bunglow is well planned and spacious. the garden surrounding the bunglow is worth spending time. the caretaker cleaned the place everyday for us and he is also very helpful. highly recommend stay in Trivandrum.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.
