Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kalimna

Overall a wonderful stay for our family of 6 (3 adults + 3 kids) & 2 dogs. We especially loved the deck around the property as our dogs could move around and rest in different spots as the weather heated up during the day. Place was cosy, well-furnished and well-equipped (which makes sense considering the limited options available at Golden Beach). Instructions were clear and we were greatly appreciative of the flexibility shown with check in & check out. Our dogs also enjoyed resting under the house (gave us a scare when we couldn’t find one) and as it’s a fully secure place, we had absolute peace of mind. Thoroughly recommend Megan’s & Mark’s if you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat away from the hustle and bustle; in idyllic, blissful, beautiful Golden Beach. We will be back again !!

It was the absolute perfect break- perfect for kids & adults . Great location - comfortable beds, couch etc. 5 min walk to beach, creek, SLSC and corner store, If you want the absolute relaxation weekend where you feel like you are really away - go to Seaspray!

My family had a great experience staying at Hien's place. It really is spacious, light-filled and in walking distance of the lake, pub and playground. We loved being able to choose between the beach at the lake and the ocean depending on weather which worked great with the kids. All of Hien's instructions were clear and simple to follow. We also met Chris who looks after the property briefly, and he was very helpful. We'll definitely come back!

The house is cozy and located at beautiful site of the island. Shannon and Stefani are welcome and friendly host.

Such a beautiful place to stay - we could’ve stayed a lot longer if we were able! The house had everything we needed & our kids were entertained with the many playing activities outside & a few inside games! An absolutely beautiful home we felt comfortable the minute we arrived. We loved how many things were there to use for the kids - chairs/tables/games/high chair/etc. so great for families to stay! Thank you Michael & Bridget. We will recommend this to anyone!

Scott's place was just perfect for our family and dogs. Plenty of room for our dogs outside, the house was very clean and well looked after. Scott had a heap of books, toys, board games, blankets pillows etc, for a cosy night in, as well as many other household items that maybe you might have just forgotten, especially when it comes to cooking. This is our second time returning to this lovely Airbnb, and it remains our top choice for accommodation in Lakes Entrance! The spotless and well-maintained house, the prime location with stunning views, and the warm, simple yet friendly communication with the house owner make it a destination we wholeheartedly recommend and look forward to visiting again and again!

Lynn was a gracious and helpful host who truly loves this property, which has been in her family for generations. She takes loving care of the place, and it shows. Words and pictures cannot adequately describe the magic of this place. The house is built to accentuate the beauty of the land, and the land is beautiful. We had parrots and cockatoos and ducks and bunnies on the property, with friendly cows at the bottom of the yard hill and kangaroos just down the road. The yard and garden were so beautiful we did not want to leave. The rooms were all comfortable and luxurious. We spent a wonderful Christmas here with our family and would definitely come back. Thanks Lynn for making our Christmas special!

Located on the canal waterfront, quite a quirky nautical theme to the house added to the stay. Very quiet. Everything as described.
