To be honest, at first I was skeptical of the penny because the photos looked like an old house was not well maintained. But when you check in, God is good, it's spacious, the building is old, but it's well-maintained. There are mbak2 who help keep it very friendly, explain details, and be helpful when asked about the stay. Bener2 definitions hidden gem. All my family is happy with the lii. I would love to stay longer. Tomorrow if your family goes to Jogja is not confused anymore. Thank you for guarding (no acquaintances🙏) thank you Mr. Dios.

Nice area, nice contact with the other guests. Had a small accident but responded well due to the leadership. Then stayed on the homestay. If you rent a scooter you will be on the main street in no time and the city is at your doorstep. For travelers who want to see a lot, this is a beautiful starting point. Single Note: The bathroom faucet must be secured.

House was clean, spacious, and quite cozy.. Kitchen aminities, towels, shower available with warm water, speedy internet, tv without nflix but theres another "flix" app at tv you can enjoy with your friends/fam. Also we got some trouble on the way back from our trip so we had to checked out quite late but host really nice to acomodate our "urgently" late check out. Thanks for the hospitality fhstay! Might comeback another time :)

Highly recommended 😍 the house is big, the location is strategic close to the resto, the address is according to the maps (don't use maps in this app it's better for the host), the host is also super responsive & fast response, the house is also clean, there are lounge chairs, swings, pondopo, suitable for family gatherings. huge comfortable villa, private garden and pool. It is situated inside a kampung with local shops and markets as well as some bars and restaurants for tourists. A perfect place to relax from the bustling city.

House in strategic location and Pak Muji was very communicative. Recommended

Pleasant stay but away from shopping area and not much activities can be done at night other than gather together and chit chatting. Good for re-union

Near to main road, easy to access, safe with security 24/7, and warm at night. Recommended place for you and friends or family to stay while in Yogyakarta. Oh yeah if you lucky, you'll get a free breakfast.

it is a great place and very close to Keraton. walking distances to great restaurants and attractions. Great place for a big group or family. Fast wifi and working tables.

I stayed at Dilla's place for 5 days with my in-laws from Malaysia. Dilla's house was a perfect place to spend time together with my family. The location is excellent. It is safe, secure and very quiet. Many sights are within easy walking distance, and transport is readily available. Boskoro and his family were excellent hosts. We would all happily stay there again on our next visit to Jogja.

Three nights staying here. It was nice, compact and superb clean place. Feels like home.

Very nice place to stay away from hustle and bustle of cities. A couple of nights and we are going away refreshed and ready to go!

Meggie is one, if not the best, host I’ve ever had over 15+ years of travelling. She took care of everything, literally: driver, activities, meals, everything was perfect. And the villas are lovely! On top of it, we really enjoyed our chats with her. Should you stay in the Yogyakarta area, you will miss something special if you don’t stay at Meggie’s place. Trust me!

We had a lovely stay (5 days ) at this beautifully sized villa perfect for 2 or 8 people Personally there were 2 of us The caretaker's welcome and kindness are a real plus The house revolves around two beautiful indoor gardens Indoor & Outdoor Kitchen Ideal for Breakfast The good size pool will refresh you after your days One small downside only one bathroom for the whole house

convenient location for family vacation, especially those from the big city. Adem neighborhood, quiet and lots of trees. Unique home layout. Tableware reminiscent of a small age. The price is worth it. Put it cooler: some walls need to repaint, the front room door is a bit difficult to close and the TV size is bigger so the family can enjoy watching it.
