We had a great weekend in Sithonia. The house was our cozy retreat after long trips to the beach and nature. The supermarket was around the corner. The hosts and the place are very dog-friendly. Now in the preseason, there are some wild dogs in the village. From the apartment, there were also good “safe hundred rounds” in the evening.“ We will be happy to come back!”

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

We spent almost three weeks in Anna's house as a family and enjoyed every single day to the fullest. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious balcony terrace with fantastic sea views, which seamlessly integrates into the living area thanks to a completely open sliding glass door. The location right on the quiet, almost private beach was another highlight for us. To get to the beach, you leave the house on the entrance side and then walk just a few steps around the house, as the balcony terrace is on the upper floor and thus does not have direct access to the beach. We really appreciated the absolute tranquility on site; nothing was heard from the nearby main road. Also the entire complex and surroundings are extremely well maintained and impeccably clean. Communication with Anna went smoothly; she was always available and helpful. Overall, our stay was extremely relaxing and successful. Absolutely recommended!

The house is equipped with everything you need, there’s a great view and with a convenient location. The house is more than detailed well tailored to the needs of children guests. We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.
