Vacation rentals with a pool in Kakkanad

It is a great place to stay at. Nice spacious apartment with parking and great view of the bay from balcony. It has many restaurants just outside the apartment complex down on road within walking distance. To sum it up I would say photos don't do justice to the apartment as the apartment is much more beautiful and spacious than the pictures which owner has displayed. It was really comfortable stay and I would recommend everybody to stay their as it's a experience on its own and I would stay here only if I am back to Kochi again.

Great flat, well appointed kitchen. Crockery, cutlery etc is good and wide ranging for all occasions. Comfortable bed, linens and bedroom. Living area tastefully furnished. Good Wi-Fi and nice views from the flat. Host is always helpful. The location is a bit far from the centre therefore requires public transport or private car to get about. This might be ok for anyone wanting to stay away from city hustle and bustle. Shops nearby sell everyday food and products but need to shop in the centre at bigger supermarkets for a wider range of goods.

Excellent place for friends and family to take a break, its close to the town but still get a feel of relaxed rural spot. Excellent service by the contact person, had a pleasant stay and will be booking this place again.

Jacob's place was great with beautiful surroundings and yet close to the city. He was very responsive, friendly and helped out with recommendations for local businesses. Highly recommend his place!

A superb location in front of the river, a nice room, a comfortable bed, a good wifi, a kitchen with everything you need, and a very sweet host. This place is perfect..... hope to comeback soon

Since arriving at this property, I’ve struggled to find the words to describe it—it’s truly beyond compare. I’ve traveled the world using Airbnb, but nothing matches this experience. The host, Deepu, is incredibly generous, thoughtful, and considerate. He personally welcomed us and went out of his way to recommend restaurants and activities. Traveling with our dog, Boba, he even called ahead to check for pet-friendly spots. As members of the diplomatic community, we’ve experienced incredible hospitality worldwide, but Deepu’s attention to detail stands out. The home is cozy, well-equipped, and filled with personal touches, surrounded by a lovely garden with fruit trees. We enjoyed fresh fruit every morning, and the pool was a daily retreat. The homemade breakfasts were the best meals of our trip—so hard not to overeat. Boba had the time of his life with plenty of space to explore, making this the most pet-friendly stay ever. We left Kochi with what felt like family.

Mr.Swamy was very helpful to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and a great hospital. The Uber worked out real well for all our needs. Also appreciate an assigned parking space, easy to get in and out. All the accessories in the apartment worked well and Swamy was there if we needed any help with any issues like setting up TV or anything else. We enjoyed the stay at Joy’s apartment and look forward to a stay next year during November and December. Thanks. Joseph M P
