Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kaiteriteri

This was an awesome place to stay for Nelson Clay Week. It's a very short drive to downtown, has a great view, and is across the street from a lovely restaurant. It's a short walk to the beach. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well-provisioned. It is located on a busy, main street so there is some commercial traffic. I'd be happy to return.

Caroline’s home is spectacular for so many reasons! She has a beautiful home inside and out and the decor was top notch! Caroline was a very gracious and welcoming host … will definitley be back!!! Thank you Caroline we truly appreciate you!

Absolutely stunning place. Honestly, it's set a new bar for our favourite Airbnb to date. We arrived to a huge array of goodies: a bottle of Neudorf rose, freshly-baked bread with jams, chocolates, fresh strawberries, a cheeseboard and crackers! Colleen was super responsive, friendly and ready to help if we needed anything. The house was squeaky clean with amazing and seemingly brand-new amenities - incredibly comfy beds, outstanding shower with wonderful water pressure. The locations is quiet and private, but not too far from all the areas you'd want to visit. If you can't tell, we had a wonderful time staying here and would return in a heartbeat.

Me and my friends had an amazing time. Very sunny and nice place to stay with great location everything was walking distance and had amazing views and amenities. Would defiently recommend.

My husband, three month old baby, and I had such a lovely stay at Beryl’s cottage. The lush scenery, birdsong, outdoor bath tub, visits from the sheep and alpaca, and personal touches around the house were highlights for us. We felt right at home in the cozy space, and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We loved staying in Sophie's spotless tiny house. It was very conveniently located as we had an event to attend nearby. We enjoyed the peaceful setting by the pond.

Great spacious family home in a nice neighbourhood. Very handy to lots of services, cafes, restaurants, cinema etc. Would recommend house to any guest, and would stay again, thank you.

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Honestly the best place we stayed in NZ- sad it was only one night! Beautiful apartment, incredible bed/bedding and with a swimming pool outside the front door. Couldn’t fault a thing, and very much loved the puppies! Thank you Zoe, great host and property. We’d love to come back.

Although brief, I really enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this to others and would consider staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Kirsty and Shane are so nice, welcoming and generous. Stunning view, short walk to the city center, I would recommand 100%.

Lovely little place with great views. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Jane and Stephen were great hosts and very friendly.

Chris was on the ball with every question we asked prior to arriving (many!) and helpful all the way through. He arranged travel and kayaking for us also. The studio was roomy, clean, and stocked with all kinds of food (including bananas, bread, and cold cider). It’s directly across the street from where Mr. Pic, of Pic’s Peanut Butter fame lives. How cool is that. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the small town, and maybe 20 to Abel Tasman National Park. Not a problem for most, maybe for a few. Whole-heartedly recommend this AirBnb.

Deb's home was beautiful and had a nice view of the sea. Deb was a lovely host, making sure that we had everything we needed. There were so many options for breakfast

What a wee gem of a place, and struck lucky at getting a room at such short notice. Motueka is close to Abel Tasman National Park. The Gables is a lovely house. Joanne and Davy are very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. The bedroom and bathroom were bright, airy and spacious. The one great think in the bedroom is that there is a multi lead charger. This meant we didn't have to rifle through our bags to find ours. The kitchen area for guests is genius. It is an outdoor area with BBQ to do your cooking on. A large table and a wee seating area as well. When I made our booking, a bit at the last minute I must add, I hadn't noticed that it was actually a bed and breakfast. So when Davey showed us the breakfast room, we suddenly thought we had won a bonus. A selection of coffee and teas. Cereal, muffins or croissants, butter, milk, orange juice, all provided for. If during the day you wanted a coffee or tea, it was available to you. We both throughly enjoyed our stay

Very kind people, very welcoming. Me and my partner got off our long flight to Nelson all the way from Amsterdam and we were exhausted. Val picked us up from the airport, which we really appreciated and I had one of the best nights of sleep in my life. Bathroom is very clean and neat. The homemade bread and jam were very delicious.

We love Karen and John's home. Very beautiful and stunning views from our room of the ocean. Karen was such a lovely and caring host. They made us feel so welcome and were very helpful with recommendations of the area. Karen was very accomodating of us and always helpful. John cooked us the most beautiful breakfast which topped of a beautiful stay. We left with such a great feeling. They are such a lovely couple and we highly recommend that if you are wanting to stay in the area, this is the place to stay. We will be coming back to Ruby bay just to stay here again. Cannot recommend Karens Ruby bay home enough. Thank you Karen and John.

Sally and Wayne were fantastic hosts. After a long travel day, we enjoyed having a glass of wine with them on their deck when we arrived. Their home and views of the water were truly lovely, and the stargazing on a clear night from the hot tub was hard to beat. Their location is perfect for a short walk along the water to the Mapua Wharf for dinner. We really appreciated Sally making us an early breakfast before we headed to Abel Tasman. Our only regret was not booking a second night with Sally and Wayne!
