A stunningly located apartment with a good level of equipment. The only downside was the loudly ticking kitchen clock, but when you put it in the windshield for the night, you could sleep😊. The host was also a great communicator and the instructions were clear.

Very convenient place for our trip to Suomussalmi. Lots of room, good location, nice big backyard. We were in town only for one night, but would not hesitate to stay here for longer when we are back.

Very nice and cozy home close to the lake. The house is easily accessible and surrounded by beautiful nature. The sauna is really nice.

We spent a week in the cottage to recover from everyday stress and enjoy nature. The peace and serenity this place exudes is amazing. You don't hear any disturbing noises, just the wind and the leaves. If you are looking for a place of peace and relaxation in the middle of nature, this is the place to be. We never lacked anything in the house at any time. The Finnish tub with lake view was definitely a highlight for us. We highly recommend the place and will hopefully be back soon. 😊

We had an amazing stay here! The location was better than expected. It is great for nature enthusiasts! House is very well equipped and clean, we had no issues at all. The bedroom has dark blinds so we had a proper sleep. We have seen a few reindeers near the house, never saw them before, so it was exciting. Also, if you’re looking for the best fishing experience that’s the place to go! Pike and perch almost every single cast. I have never dreamed about being able to catch that many fish. Honestly, the best stay in Finland. Esko was very friendly, polite, he even arranged the boat rent from the neighbour. Highly recommended!
